Do you have any idea how much money ICP makes per year? I've heard it is in the 30 million dollar range. I had no idea. That, and if 10,000 people show up, it would not be unreasonable for the Gathering to earn $2,000,000+.

I detect 2 distinct prevalent feelings in this thread:
1) ICP appeals to the lowest common denominator and going to this event would be like voluntarily checking yourself into a post-apocalyptic netherworld for an extended period of time. I know that most of their fans aren't complete morons, but as with anything else, guilt by association can apply!
and
2) ICP manage to make an awful lot of money despite their mainstream image and reputation. There's gotta be something said for the fact that they know what they're doing. They know what their fans want and they give it to them. Sometimes, good business really is that simple!

Can we please all acknowledge that a Geto Boys reunion is awesome, regardless the circumstances?

Having class and self-respect is too mainstream, mannnnnnn. They certainly know how to sell stuff to their target demo, I will give them that. EDIT: Watched it all. Holy crap, it's like something straight out of Idiocracy. It really does, doesn't it? Just a stupid, filthy mess. Meh, I guess they market to their audience, so good on them, I guess, I'm just grateful that audience isn't very big.

I am sure to some people this be fun, but for someone with an IQ bigger than their shoe size this would be a nightmare to take part of.

....Why Do You Guys Insist on Insulting Juggalos?
Last Year, as I mention god knows how many times, I was in Austin Texas and Surrounded by Juggalos. Though I admitted to them I wasn't one, I still love the music and the lifestyle and they took me in....I still consider them a Second Family. I also consider last summer to be the best summer of my life (for reasons I don't feel comfortable discussing)

It's like a weird version of Burning Man.

It's hard to deny that it's incredibly strong and diverse.

Either that, or they act like freaking martyrs at every opportunity. I remember a guy who used to post here who would come into every thread about them, positive or negative and bitch about people hating them. and over using the ,which I hate
