The chavo match should have been the last one, it was just great. It was what we all wanted to see.
And JBL did not Kayfabe his interview, infact if you watched it, he did anything but. He even mentioned how the fans and others didnt think he should get a title shot but how Eddie went to bat for him, how Eddie was the best man at his weddding, etc etc.

*Sigh*
I guess I should have stated exactly what I thought JBL was Kayfabing so that someone wouldn't go back later and make the wrong assumption like just happened.
I thought JBL was kayfabing the part about the riots. It just seemed a little odd in the American wrestling scene for fans to still riot over a wrestling storyline. Especially since it's basically ingrained in American wrestling fans that it's fake from day one. But I've been told since my comment that the near riot did happen.

Ya also remember that during the time JBL was doing the whole "Anti-Mexican" storyline, specifically the part where he was tracking down people crossing the board and beating them up basically. So of course I imagine, that even though its a fake storyline, people in border towns, such as El Paso don't take kindly to that.

Having been to many live events in El Paso, I can tell you that the marks definitely outnumber the smarks...probably 95% to 5%. So you can see how easy it would be to spark riots in places like EP.
