I think big group beatdown endings are generally forced and kind of trite, so luckily WWE doesn't do them often, but this one didn't really seem like anything special.
"OH MY GOSH - all the people in the main events of our next PPV are fighting right now! WHAT A HUGE COINCIDENCE!!!!"

It made me look forward to the PPV a little bit more, so it served its purpose well.

I missed Raw but I went to watch the ending and found this video. Did it look like this on television because all that shakey camera work gave me a massive headache. This looks sped up or something. But I loved the ladder throw at Shield. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEZ69jT7Jnc

Been a long time since they've done an "bring all the big matches together before the PPV" ending like this. And I lol'd at Cole's "LOOK OUT!" at the very end...
Intro music during the run-ins was unnecessary though. Just run in and pure chaos reigns.

I enjoyed it, but then I'm always a fan of chaotic mass brawls

LOOK OUT!", since the chaos was in the ring and nowhere near the commentary area.

I got really bored and put on football around the Miz TV segment. What happened? The Shield ran in during the Big Show/Cena main event. Team Hell No comes in for the save, Dolph comes out to attack Cena, Ryback comes in to fight The Shield, Sheamus wants a piece of Ziggler. Everyone fightin' like it was a Friday night. End of show. They should do stuff like this all the time. Very reminiscent of the UWF circa 1986!

It was amazing. The huge FEED ME MORE chants, and then the HUGE pop for Ryback, the ladder throw and just the all round carnage. Truly epic TV.

Definitely in contention for the "Fade to Black" Slammy.
