The jacket I bought for Halloween is ridiculous. I'd say it's dreamy. Good to see someone else getting prepared for the big day lol

Haha I always worry about heels whenever I pick a Halloween costume that requires them because I'm a super klutz with bad ankles and then I practice walking in them and I generally do fine pretty quickly. It may surprise you how quickly you get onto it.

Not me, but my dad and the 8 year old, partially blind pup we adopted today. Her name’s Lola.

I literally threw my back out STANDING UP yesterday. I couldn’t even sit up. Today was a bit better but I just need a wicked stretch. So I got my oldest son to hit me with a Bow and Arrow submission. It felt good.

It was the foot and the pulling back on my leg. The pulling back on my chin didn’t do too much. What i really need is one of those trash cans Homer Simpson was using in his garage.

Jacuzzis if ya got them. I hear tennis ball works well too, and I’ve been using an electric massager over an entire side of my body nightly. Really relaxes the kinks.

A picture of me in action at my research presentation a couple days ago! It was a 20 minute presentation that was the culmination of what we've spent the last year studying and researching. The presentation is about 15 minutes, and then the remaining time is spent answering questions from your colleagues and professors, defending the conclusions you reached, explaining why you made the choices you made, etc. It was very intense stuff but I am super grateful for the experience and this past year, where I've been challenged like never before. Maybe the most memorable instance was having to lecture in Japanese for an hour and a half when the longest presentation I've ever done in English was about 10 minutes and it was a group project, haha. In comparison to that the 20 minute research presentation was nothing.

Hot off the presses... I absolutely love it! I'm not much of a tattoo guy myself, but I've always thought that if I were to pick one tattoo it'd be Laura's "Meanwhile" hands.

I went to an outdoor concert last Sunday and Pop Evil was the second band on the card. I was sitting three rows back from the fence blocking VIP and GA when I noticed people by the sound system freaking out. So Pop Evil's Leigh Kakaty came off stage, went through the crowd and stood on a couple guys' shoulders and finished singing Trenches about two feet away from me, haha. After he finished and thanked us all, everyone swarmed him for pictures and it took so long I was able to talk myself into getting one too.
