I been thinking how much our communication an growing has been trough technology. From our phones, tablets, computers,an anything we can add a screen an wires too.
Can you just drop it ? Or are you so immersed that it's become second nature. Like breathing an eating. An you do it just to do it. Can you.
I'm thinking of choosing a month next year an just being away in nature. I hear it does the body great an relieves work stress an calmest the mind.
I usually need to be by a computer or be on call so having some silence sounds great.

I can live without having the "latest and greatest" thing, but I need to have some form of technology around.

I say maybe because sometimes I end up getting overwhelmed by technology and become burnt out, but I'm not willing to give up all technology such as my TV or video games.
Sometimes I just long for the "old days" when all I really had was TV and video games technology wise and sometimes I don't.

I don't think I'll want to go back to "Before the Internet" days, but I do miss the days before everything was ridiculously integrated.
