As great as it's been so far, things in wrestling don't last forever, so when the Shield inevitably break up, I think (and indeed, hope) great things are in store for Ambrose and Rollins, but you just gotta know Vince has his eye on Roman Reigns.
That soft spoken, calm persona turning into a raging, bellowing ass-kicking machine is perfect babyface stuff, and the guy has the "big man" look that Vince loves. And well, y'know, dude isn't exactly hard on the eyes either. He's perfectly fine as a heel, but I think his real star power is when he turns face.
I dunno. Modern day Batista, anyone?

Nexus members aren't doing that bad for themselves anyway. Certainly not buried.

Not to mention, most Nexus members are actually doing pretty well for themselves right now.

He's better than I expected. I used to say that Ohno should've replaced him,but after some time,I think it's great this way. Don't know if he'll be a babyface or anything, but he sure is gonna roll with the top guys in the future. He's just the type of guy Vince likes.

They need a powerhouse in the group.

And Gabriel was just on Raw this Monday in the big tag match, so I'm wondering if you even watch the show regularly.

He has had the weekly feuds with legends up to 1000 and now has 3MB. He is a valued comedy act on the roster and I feel he has more worth in the role currently compared to Santino, Clay etc. Plus he is really underrated in the ring. They are finally starting to use Gabriel in a tag team with Kidd, yeah it isn't much compared to other Ex Nexus members but they are slowly starting to realize how good the two of them are as a team, and I hope they get a push soon. Gabriel I also feel has been a valuable jobber and undercard act, something that is always needed in any roster. The only one in Nexus that I don't feel has been somewhat successful in any way has been Tarver imho.

I am glad I am not the only one who gets the Batista vibe regarding Roman Reigns. If they work things out correctly with The Shield and Reigns has his big turn, it SHOULD be huge.
