OP, you really can't *not* count WCW gimmicks as they are now part of the WWE's history now as well (especially since they're using the Big Gold Belt design for the WHC). So Rey is out as he was a heel during the beginning of the Filthy Animals run. Same with ECW.
Wade Barrett has always been a heel since NXT Episode 1 (the same can't be said for other former Nexus/NXT members as I remember Heath first debuted in NXT trying to be a good/'fun' country boy before they must've told him to play up his annoying heelish natural charisma).
Otunga has always been a heel in the ring and in kayfabe but he was a very blatant face when he did the Be-A-Star promos with Stephanie McLevesque.

I don't think Bull Buchanan ever turned. LOL. He'd get in scenarios where another heel would beat him up but then he'd just become a lackey for someone else or they'd forget about it. He was a face for about 15 seconds in 1998 after him and Porier were kicked out of the Truth Comission and formed Armageddon.

I, for one, cannot remember a single time that Big Show has turned face. I think I see what you did there

Kaval Paul London Matt Morgan (if we ignore TNA) I don't think Ted DiBiase Sr was ever a face until his reappearances as a legend

Ted Snr had a face run in the late 70's I believe.
I'm surprised we're 2 pages in without a mention of Tito Santana.

A Diva...Katie Lea Burchill/Winter. I don't ever recall her being a babyface. Maryse would be another one unless I missed something both were heels their entire runs in WWE.

Idol Stevens/Damien Sandow hasn't ever been a face while on the Main Roster (don't know if he's been one in developmental or not).

Has RVD ever really been a heel in WWE? His first spell (when ECW stars were showcased on Raw for a while in about 97/98), he was a heel and aligned with Jerry Lawler.

Also, my favorite moment of his. I think it was during the Invasion. Jeff Hardy is walking backstage, when suddenly RVD runs up from behind him and whacks him with a chair, screaming "SHUUUUUUUUUT UUUUUUUUUUUUUP!!!!!!" at the top of his lungs.

When he was part of the Invasion, I guess. And wasn't he also a heel in ECW? If we're going entirely by WWE runs, Rey has never been heel. In ECW, RVD was a WWF loyalist, which made him a heel. As for Rey, the closest he was to being a heel was when he was a Filthy Animal, but that was a tween group.

He did turn heel for a short time, attacking Duggan after they lost a tag match & screaming "I'M SPECIAL!" He was replying how Regal was turned face by Eugene, and would further stay that way with Tajiri. Regal is basically a face now with his partnership with Sheamus too. Regal was also a face during the InVasion before turning heel again and costing Kurt Angle to lose the WWF Title to Austin.

WWE hasn't acknowledged that yet.
