Not who's your favourite, but who was most evil?
I'll have to go with Scar:
Kills his brother, tells his brother's son it was HIS fault, orders him to be killed (not sure why he didn't do it himself, though), and hits a women.
Wanting to kill puppies for a fur coat is pretty damn evil, too, though.

To me, the Horned King had no redeeming qualities and was the very definition of evil.
Just a 100% evil bastard

That's a cold mama-jama who can kill his brother - while he's begging for his life, mind you - and turn around and make his nephew feel responsible for it. Not to mention the pride almost starving because he was an inept leader to boot.

Ideally I'd like to say Frollo because of his fixation on wiping out Gypsies, but before he fell in love with Esmerelda at least, he was convinced he was in the right. If we include Pixar villains. Syndrome racked up a good body count to acheive his goals and he couldn't have cared less.

Didn't seem to have a whole lot of qualms about sending a child to his death from 10,000 feet in the air. Also, I'd say Shere Khan is more of an antagonist than a villain. His desire to kill Mowgli is perfectly natural. Same with Kaa.

The Queen (Snow White) gets my vote.
Sending a man to bring you a young girl's heart in a box just because you think she's prettier is pretty darn evil.

Hades. The guy was a flat out megalomaniac dick. Zeus could have just manifested a new guardian of the damned if Hades just asked nicely.

I don't see why Scar is leading right now. Has anyone ever read anything about medieval history before? Family backstabs happen all the time.

How do you vote against the guy that wants to rape you then set you on fire?

I am torn between three.
Maleficent - Wanted to imprison an entire kingdom for not getting invited to a party The Queen - Wanted to murder a child because she's getting older Shan Yu - Led a horde to murder an entire village, including women and children, just because
I think at the end, I'm going to go with Shan Yu.

Frollo.
He was a racist, he was a dick, he hid behind religion, truly believed himself in the right (unlike some of these guys who are aware they are doing evil and revel in that, Frollo was so evil he couldnt even see), he has a great villain song (that Tony Jay actually sung, unlike Jeremy Irons) and best of all he presides over a Disney film where the Disney hero doesnt actually win.
The moral of the Hunchback is that actually, no matter how nice a guy you are, the attractive people will always end up together and tough luck to you.
Just brilliant.
Honorable mentions to Jafar for having a cool costumes and Maleficent for transcending her film to become Disney's actual 'official' number 1 villain.

Other, Chernabog. How do you get any more evil than literally Satan?

Frollo was a nasty piece of work. The Sheriff of Nottingham was a bit of a bastard too, he robbed from a blind person! But he was hilarious with it, he was so much of a bastard I couldn't help but laugh.

Other: Satan from Fantasia/Night on Bald Mountain.
It's Satan...I don't care that he didn't fight any heroes or "do anything real evil" it's still Satan. And don't even try to give me that Chernebog crap...both the conductor of the piece and Walt Disney himself have referred to the demon as Satan, so it's f***ing Satan!
Hands down most evil Disney/Pixar villain. No arguments or other answers accepted.

Scar kinda loses that bad ass evil edge in the latter half, when he comes off as a whiny bad guy. Yeah, he offed his brother, but his evil kinda soured after that.
Frollo gets my vote

I figured Satan was just a given. It wouldn't be fair to the poll to include the embodiment of evil along with horny priests and murderous brothers.

Feeding a poisoned apple to a young girl and getting a hitman to try and cut her heart out of her simply for vanity reasons is pure evil.
