Quite frankly, stamina wouldn't even come into play. Goku would knock out Superman with a single strike and because he outclasses in both strength AND speed, there'd be nothing Supes could do about it.

Now that I've gone back and looked at some of the fights that I've mentioned, I guess I have overrated Goku's stamina problems quite a bit.
1. Indeed in the case of Metal Cooler, the problem wasn't stamina, the problem was that Metal Cooler was just a cheap bastard who used the Big Gete Star to fix any imperfections with the Metal Cooler model and ensure that he stays in the fight.
2. With Tullece, it looks more like, while stamina did play a small part in the fight, it seemed that the fruit from the Tree of Might gave Tullece a wider gap in power.
3. I stand by my Vegeta example. Vegeta was powerful sure, however, Goku pushed the Kaioken so hard that when Vegeta was able to recover and make his way back to the battlefield, Goku had no power to combat him in nearly any way. However, to be fair, it didn't help that Vegeta soon after went Oozaru. That will probably take it out of any fighter in the Dragonball universe.
4. With Freeza, it seemed fairly obvious to me about the time Goku had his vision where he spoke with Vegeta that he was wore the hell out and was dead to rights. He himself said as such right before Vegeta contacted him beyond the grave.
As far as Superman's stamina, I guess it depends on who's writing. Writers have taken a lot of liberties with Superman since Crisis.

The Kaioken is kind of a special case though, because the whole point of it is that it pushes the body beyond its natural limits. Goku's "natural" power level at the time was only 8000, while Vegeta's was well over 20,000. Without the Kaioken Vegeta would have curbstomped him in seconds.
And it's outright stated that Freeza is using less than half of his full power for most that fight, while Goku struggles to keep up using a 10x Kaioken. If that doesn't demonstrate blatant superiority, I don't know what does.

Apparently the full fight is going to be over 30 minutes long. Can't wait. And yes, that's MasakoX from DBZ Abridged as Goku. And ItsJustSomeRandomGuy as Supes.
