As a kid, I used to watch Hey, Arnold! religiously, then suddenly and inexplicably just kind of stopped liking it. I find it even weirder considering a recent clip I saw makes me feel it's better than I remember it. I bet it was when Arnold got a girlfriend who would use the phrase "ever so" in every sentence. Hey, don't bash Lila. She was ever so lovely. On topic, my choices for this are Family Guy, The Big Bang Theory, and I'm quickly getting there with How I Met Your Mother (though I still watch it).

The Simpsons
as a kid I would watch the show religiously, I'd be able to quote whole episodes, I was as big a Simpsons fan as they came.
Now adays I just don't care anymore.

Spongebob and Family Guy ever since I only like a handful of new episodes of both but to be fair haven't watched any new Family Guy since maybe last season.

SmallvilleLoved it for the first two seasons. Got bored with "Clark vs. villain of the week" in season 3. The O.C.One of the best first seasons I've seen for any show. They obviously "blew their load" early. Huge nosedive in season 2...I didn't even finish that season. How could I forget The Simpsons? I think everyone I know went from straight-up Simpsons worship to "it's not funny anymore" after season 10 or so. Everyone from my generation can still quote the crap out of those first 10 seasons though

House. After a couple of seasons, I couldn't tolerate it anymore.
At this point, American Horror Story.

Noticed alot of 30 Rock, I actually did the same thing and didn't even think about it, just stopped watching at sometime during the last season. I don't even know why I stopped watching, I just did. I also have recently given up on Family Guy, but that is just because I no longer find the show funny and really haven't for the last couple of seasons. Funny I saw the Simpsons, because that is a show I stopped watching for a while around season 9 or 10, when I felt the show was declining. I recently started watching again and enjoyed what I saw, so I am back with it. Did the same with South Park, stopped a year or two after the movie and started up again. At this point South Park is so easy to follow with the five or so episodes a year I might as well finish the show. Another interesting show to see on here is "How I Met Your Mother" because I am very close to just giving up, I still find the characters funny at times, but the show has already jumped the shark and needs to rap it up. I doubt I make it through another season.

Not surprising another decade later a fair amount of people have lost interest.

Burn Notice is the ultimate example of this. A friend got me into it one day and I watched probably... two or three of the next seasons, not missing an episode. Then all of a sudden, I just didn't care any more. Haven't watched it since.

Family Guy just stopped being funny to me at some point which is weird because I own like the first five or six DVD sets and have watched every episodes in all of those sets with commentary at least twice. No disrespect to Seth McFarlane because I still think he's really talented and I loved Ted but Family Guy isn't my thing anymore.
I stopped liking the Office around Michael Scott started competing for the title of "World's Saddest Man" but I didn't stop watching until after the first Robert California episode.
Finally, I used to go out of my way to watch Dexter for the first four seasons but then I missed the fifth season and it didn't really matter to me, after reading what's been happening, I'm not torn up about it. Still a big fan of the books though.

I stopped giving a s*** about Dexter during season 3 so subtly that I didn't even consciously stop watching it. the exact same thing happened to me. I hear the 4th season is amazing but I just can't bring myself to finish the 3rd season. I'll spoil it for you. {Spoiler}Dexter befriends the Assistant DA Miguel Prado over the death of his younger Oscar. Their other brother, Ramon, is aggressive towards Dexter.
Rita gets pregnant and Dexter proposes to her.
Deb's boyfriend Anton is the only black guy to make it out of the show alive.
Miguel figures out Dexter is a serial killer and befriends him for it.
Dexter trains Miguel to kill like he does, but Miguel soon takes to killing professional rivals and he manipulates Dexter.
Dexter kills Miguel and makes peace with Ramon.
Dexter marries Rita.
There. I saved you twelve hours of concentrated mediocrity. Now get to season 4 and I assure you that you need not watch any more Dexter after that (though season 7 was quite the rebound since S4).

As for me, I'd say Family Guy years ago.
