Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the Dreamcast. (I am pretty sure that's a decently rare game)

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the Dreamcast. (I am pretty sure that's a decently rare game) Considering Dreamcasts themselves are pretty rare, that's a safe bet.

Ico for the PS2 - got it for $20.00 on my 21st Birthday in 2007. A Gamestop in a suburb of Minneapolis randomly had it, complete with instructions, box and everything.
One month later I fly back to NYC and the first copy I see of it is going for $80.00.
Otherwise, I have a pretty substantial Sega-CD collection. I don't have Snatcher/Lunar/Earthworm or many of the heavy hitters, but I do have the two Batman games and Eternal Champions.

Tecmo's Deception for the ps1 Was the the one where you booby trap the building people are trying to get into. If so that game was rad. I forgot about it. Is Tecmos Secret of the stars for SNES rare? I had no idea the rarity of some of these games. I have firs run copies of all the PS1 Final Fantasy games. And most RPGs from the 90s. Though I do wish I had wild arms.

Found Ico complete a couple years back for $8, don't know what the store was thinking with the price that low. I'm sure I have a few rare games as I still have every game I've owned. I know my big hitters are EarthBound and Suikoden II, both with box/case and manual. The EB manual/guide is in rough shape but still intact. Also have the entire PS1 Final Fantasy collection, not the Greatest Hits versions, but I think the only ones that go for much are VII, VIII, and maybe Tactics.

Earthbound. However I might have one rarer this time next week if everything goes to plan.

One regret is when I was selling my dreamcast stuff my family accidently included MvC 2 in the bundle. I wanted to sell it for a higher price. Same with Blood Omen.
Not sure if rare, but I have lunar: silver star story complete for the ps1. Think I even have the cloth map still.
The game I miss the most though? Dragon Warrior III. I loved that game.

Just got EarthBound the other week.
Oddly enough, the rarest game I ever owned isn't even that, it's One Piece: Unlimited Adventure for the Wii. I don't know if it's more uncommon than rare, but I sold it for $30 more than I bought it for, and apparently goes for over $75 used at the moment.

Pretty sure SSSC is rare. I have that too, along with the Lunar 2 and Arc the Lad sets, with strategy guides.

Because I had to abandon the packaging for them two moves ago, none of my PS1 or PS2 games can be counted as rare anymore.
The most valuable game I ever owned, however, was Radiant Silvergun for the Saturn, and I'd ended up selling it to a friend for $100 (and a few DVDs he was looking to get rid of) when at the time I probably could have got over $300 for it had I wanted to be a bitch about it.
