Sorry, but I'm feeling like a cinemaphile today (don't call the police). I don't think I've even seen a movie more than twice in theaters, but I do have a pretty odd selection of ones I've seen twice. Off the top of my head...
The Lion King Orange County Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Alien vs. Predator I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry (haha)

The first Turtles movie Avengers Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises Wreck-It Ralph
That's all I can think of. May be missing some, but still.

As a kid I saw Batman '89 at the dearly departed Quincy Center cinema at least 8 times. Probably more.

Only one I've seen in theaters twice was Dark Knight. And even then, didn't go intending to see it the second time - went to the theater to see Mamma Mia then changed my mind while in line.

twice is my limit really
I saw Star Wars in the summer of '78 and the re release in 97 I saw Jedi in 83 and the re release in 97 as well I don't know why I didn't see Empire back in the day
I will see all 3 again when they are re released
I saw Universal Soldier twice because a friend dragged me to the first one and it was part of a double feature at the drive in after that
I saw Spice World twice. Huge Spice Girls mark

There was only one: Borat. The first time was on a date (it's not much of a date movie, but she and I really wanted to see it) and the second was with my brother and dad.

I don't go to the movies often to begin with, so that makes this easy for me. Only movie I saw twice in the theater was Inception.

I know I have seen many movies twice in the theater mainly because I had to go to the bathroom during the movie, and I came back to watch the part I missed.

Snakes On A Plane... first time was more traditional, sitting with a semi crowded theater watching this garbage. Second time, my friends and I were the only ones in the theater... drinking whiskey, smoking, yelling at the movie. Fun times in my better, more wise years.
The Master ... saw it opening night in a big theater, where it was maybe 5% full. Saw it again the following week in a smaller indie theater with a more crowded group.
Spider Man (2002)... first time with a group of friends, second time on a date. This was when I first got my driver's license in high school. Movie sucked/sucks/will forever suck.
The Departed... I just loved it when it came out, simple as that.
Jackass 2... that movie was really fun for the time.
I'm sure I went to go see things more than once with my family back in high school or something. Maybe one of the late 90s, early 2000s Bond flicks...

People willingly saw Alien vs Predator more than once?
Only film I've watched more than once in the cinema is The Avengers.
