"So Trips, now that Bruno's going in, you going to work on Owen?"
"Nah, I still wanna get Macho Man in there. You got Papa Shango's number?"

Every year...there's one guy who's obviously inducted last. The main event, per say.
This year is INSANE! Bruno, Backlund AND Foley!
I think it should be Bruno but HOLY SHIT! Takes one hell of a name for Foley not to go last...but this one would be IT.

Wow, Triple H does it again. Wasn't he big on on Bret Hart's too or am I remembering that wrong?

Awesome news, congrats to Bruno.
Looks like Macho Man and Owen Hart's are the only big "never gonna be in" candidates now. I could see Hunter negotiating with Lanny to let himself and his father in solo or together, while Macho Man goes in solo in the same class.
Owen though? That's a...whole different ball game.

The HOF induction is an event in itself, so I think it only makes sense for the most popular name at that given time to go on last. If Antonio Inoki can be booked before Ted Dibiase, I don't think it would demean Bruno to precede Foley.

Now I can say that I grew up just a few streets down from a WWE Hall of Famer!
I'm surprised WWE didn't wait until March 18 to announce Bruno. They're in Pittsburgh for Raw that night, and it would've been a real "HOLY S***!" moment in the final weeks leading up to WM.

This definately came as a shock to me. Kudos to both Triple H. and Bruno Sammartino for being able to work things out. I can't help but to think that Bob Backlund finally agreeing to do it helped sway Bruno's decision. The WWE HOF wouldn't have been complete without Bruno in it. I'm glad that he's finally going in.

Awesome news. Did they still have the countdown clock last year for the speeches? I miss when they would let the speeches go on as long as possible, instead of a set amount of time. If there is any year that they should do away with the clock for good (if it hasn't been already) it should be this one, there are way too many big names that deserve a large amount of time in this years class.
Amazing class this year and we haven't even got all the names yet

Bruno in the Hall of Fame. Hell has finally frozen over. They just did a segment about this on the local news.

They're just trying to bury Punk by having two guys who smashed his WWE title reign inducted into the HOF.
Seriously though, the Hall of Fame has always lacked some legitimacy by not having the greatest WWE Champion of all time in it. Well done Triple H. What a class they have this year.

I gotta admit, I'm thoroughly shocked that Bruno agreed. Never thought I'd see it while he was still alive. And considering I figured he'd live to be 500 years old through sheer stubborn will, I never thought I'd see it while I was still alive. It's really surreal at this point.
I just hope all that hell freezing over doesn't spill over into New Jersey during WrestleMania.

There's no way Foley would allow himself to headline a HOF if Bruno and Backlund are being inducted too. So yeah, hands down Bruno is last.
Between NXT and Bruno alone, can we say HHH is absolutely killing it at his job??

Warrior's a bigger omission than Owen, though he's probably the closest of the three of them to going in. He seems to be mellowing in his old age.
