The age difference between Bill Cosby and the man who played his father was the same as Bill Cosby and the woman who played his wife. Spare a few months
Earl Hyman = Oct 1926 Bill Cosby = July 1937 Phylicia Rashad = June 1948
And The age difference between Phylicia Rashad and the woman who played her oldest daughter was smaller than the age difference between Phylicia Rashad and the man who played her husband.
Sabrina Le Beauf = March 1958 Phylicia Rashad = June 1948 Bill Cosby = July 1937

Rashad is soooo beautiful and she kept her looks when she got older and when she got thicker. Did you know she used to be married to the cop from The Village People? Yep Phylcia Rashad was a Disco Queen. Also another interesting fact. Earl Hyman who played Cliff's Father Russel Huxtible. Was the voice of Panthro in the original Thundercats cartoon. Another interesting fact. Originally Rudy was going to be played by a male actor (like on Fat Albert) Before they decided on keeping Theo as the only son. One of the actors who auditioned for Rudy was Jaleel White who later became famous in the role of Steve Urkel.

I just remember that during the first season, they only had four children, and they wrote Sondra in later.
I remember during the pilot, Claire asks Cliff "Why do we have four children?" and he responds "Because we did not want five!"

We're all still fascinated by the fact that none of them were the same shade of black. I've always wanted to know how two light skinned black people made brown ass Cliff Huxtible. I still want to know how the Willis' made one black kid and one white kid.

I still want to know how the Willis' made one black kid and one white kid. The Willis'? are you talking about Diff'rent strokes? Willis and Arnold Jackson were adopted by Mr Drummond who already had a kid. Also I grew up with a mixed race girl, She was so white you'd never expect that her mother was black. But her little sister was pretty dark. So it does happen. another Cosby Fact. Malcolm Jamal Warner was named after Malcolm X and Jazz pianist Ahmad Jamal. Another Cosby Show/Family Matters ties in. Malcolm Jamal Warner was dating actress Michelle Thomas and was at her bedside when she died. She played Steve's g/f Myra on Family Matters.
