I'm [glow=blue,2,300]SO[/glow] happy that I didn't waste any money on this one. Hardy losing clean in a short match, two handicap squashes, putting the tag titles on Rey and Batista to job them on their own PPV, and, I still can't believe this, a freaking suicide! Here I was liking SD more than Raw. Guess Vince doesn't want that!

Is this a joke? They didn't actually have Tim White kill himself, right? I don't believe this. Even the WWE isn't that stupid...

-I didn't watch tonight. Man, a few years ago, HELL IN A CELL?! I'M THERE! Now, it's just a stupid stipulation made to add extra buys to a mediocre rematch for a PPV program. -Remember when Matt Hardy was going to be huge? When he was as a big a babyface in the arena's as anybody? Wow! -This Tim White thing sounds like it may end up being the most tasteless angle of the year. I'm glad I don't watch anymore. I don't have to get as upset.

I liked the matches on the pay per view. The matches were top notch, and I will commend the performers. But, little things were dumb I guess. Anyway, as usual, I pull out Andrew is Good's top matches in this thread. So, let's go at it:
1. The Undertaker vs Randy Orton - Hell in the Cell Everything I expected it to be. Randy Orton hopefully silenced some of his critics, but then again, John Cena for example could have a match of the year and he'd be still the worst wrestler of all time. Great bloodbath, great drama throughout. Hell in the Cell matches always seem to deliever, and this was no exception
2. Booker T vs Chris Benoit Great match. I knew Benoit was gonna win, but it didn't take away from the drama and the intensity of this match. Best match so far of their best of 7 series, and an amazing match.
3. Kid Kash vs Juventud I loved this one. I know some people in the IWC will not like this, but the Cruiserweight Division > X-Division. The Juice and Mr. TNA (Total Nonstop Attitude) put on a phenominal match. Kid Kash proved tonight that he is money. I hope he wrestles more with that title.
4. MNM vs The Mexicools I don't know why, but everytime MNM are on pay per view, they pull out all the stops, and this was no exception. Same with Psichosis and Super Crazy. If I was in the arena, I would have started up a Super Crazy chant. Great tag team match from these two. They didn't need a title. They showed how great the Smackdown tag team division is.
5. Batista & Rey Mysterio vs Big Show & Kane I thought this was gonna end up being a unification match, but oh well. It was pretty decent, saying they were all main event players. Decent match though.
6. JBL vs Matt Hardy A friend of mine has been a converted JBL mark, and knew I was a huge Matt Hardy fan. So he really enjoyed this match, haha. I think JBL has gotten a lot better compared to last year. It sucks that Matt got squashed though.
7. Lashley vs William Regal vs Paul Birchill Just a typically Lashley squash. They gotta do something else with him. It was ok, but whatever.
Other great moments were The Boogeyman coming out (except it sucks they keep jobbing out Nunzio & Vito) and the Royal Rumble segment. I didn't like the suicide thing though honestly. Not a big fan of that.

Well, we knew Armageddon would be meh, or at least I figured it would be, but damn, it's another "set-up" PPV. JBL wins in a match designed to get his ass on the PPV and put the heels up 1-0 Benoit wns to keep the series going, tying at 1-1 MNM wins making the whole number one contenders deal pointless Taker wins to prolong the feud and get his heat back og OK, the old theory that the ultimate goal of a feud is for the babyface to eventually come out on top is apparently alive and well. RAW gets it's heat back, Taker goes over, Benoit/Booker is still going, new CW champ who we won't se on TV for a month or two, and a Boogeyman appearance? Why was this worth 35 bucks again?

Hey Guys, I just got back a little while ago. I guess it's always better live but I didn't think it was that bad.
JBL was funny on the mic, the crowd really loved him. A lot of JBL chants.
The Mexicools match was entertaining.
Beniot and Book was good stuff. Look like Beniot missed a big spot at one point during the match.
CW title match was awful. Kid Kash looks so much like Owen Hart, kind of scary.
I sat in the second row, so just seeing the size of Big Show had me entertained lol.
Thought Boogey was gonna throw some worms on me....came to close to that.
The Cell was a good match. The card may have not been big but the matches were all decent in my opinion. Taker looked good.

I don't know why people constantly bitch about not going to the top of the cell.
THE WHOLE POINT OF HIAC IS TO KEEP THEM IN THE CAGE AND SETTLE IT.
I think we were spoile dby the first two matches, people are expecting crazy bumps all the time nowadays.
Besides the suicide thing, it sounds pretty decent. I'll check it out.

Well, If they don't do anything besides stay in the cage, it kind of defeats the purpose of having it. The cell is really just something high to jump off of.

I don't see anything wrong with a HIAC that stays in the cell. It is basically a street fight that is contained so that no one can interfere or get away.

Pretty good show. I enjoyed. Tim White offing himself was absurd though. But, Benoit/Booker was awesome, and the KAY-EYE-DEE won a title in a match that was good but for some reason that RI crowd felt it was necessary to crap all over. That's what happens when you put a match on after a suicide skit, I guess.
