It was better than their Rumble match but it was still pretty boring.

5 - Just didn't ever kick into "2nd gear" and I wasn't sitting back trying to overanalyze it, I just wanted to enjoy it. I absolutely love both guys, but if I never saw them wrestle again I'd be fine with it. Had a feeling that they did what they did because of how limited The Rock looked.

Better than their Rumble match, but it's plain as day Rocky gets gassed after 5 minutes. Punk damn near has to drag Rock through the match. Mania better be a 3 way between Rock/Cena/Punk so Rock has time to rest between spots.

Yeah that's starting to look like more of a necessity, though I still don't see it happening as they might think Punk dillutes the star power of the match. Rock can't put on the classic this Mania main event is calling for, being a rematch and for the title.

Rock can't put on the classic this Mania main event is calling for, being a rematch and for the title. I don't think Rock's limited cardio will play much of a factor. If it ends up being just Cena/Rock, once the match actually starts there'll be plenty of hype and the crowd will be into it. You can probably expect a couple big spots in the middle with the usual recovery period to help out Rock and that should be sufficient. Anything else can be worked in for psychology of the match. If there was ever a time when a crowd will buy into the "tension" of a few restholds, it is this one so that can be thrown in as well. If the match doesn't come off well considering the above, I would blame it solely on poor planning, not on athletic ability.

Rock's the f------ Warrior now. He can be carried to a good/great match now, but if it's someone he doesn't have great chemistry with, forget it, because he's simply not in good cardio shape anymore. It sucks. I really do not like this incarnation of the Rock. I liked him better when he was slimmer, fitter and more capable of going longer periods at a high-energy pace. Oh, and his jokes suck. Oh well.

An awful match with a bizarre stipulation and a clustersmurf finish on an otherwise good show.
I went with 4.

Better than Rumble, but the finish took a lot from it and it still could've been way better,5.
