Is he still in the acting business? He is/was a good actor. I would check out IMDB, but even that site has its flaws.

I haven't heard about anything he's been in for a while, but I used to be a huge fan of his. I wish he would get/take a few roles here and there, I like him a lot.

He really takes on limited roles now, he is in Singularity and was in two movies in 2011

I thought he was going to blow up, and nope, nothing happened

I always referred to him as "Not Matt Damon." Seems like the actor you'd get if you wanted, but weren't able to get Matt Damon.

Thing is, he can't see where he's going, as he's squinting all the time, so he can't go to any casting sessions. A sad curse on his part!

I always thought he looked like a younger Tommy Lee Jones.

He's not a very versatile actor, he was the Channing Tatum of 10 years ago. He's still doing smaller roles, but the world has moved on.

Channing Tatum being a repackaged Josh Hartnett is an amazing point. Well done, guys.

Hartnett was ridiculously underwhelming and uncharismatic. Absolutely one of my least favorite actors of that period. The man was handsome cardboard.

Yeah I thought about this a few years ago and looked him up to see what he was doing. I think he does mostly indie movies now.
I liked him in both 30 Days of Night and Lucky Number Slevin. You would have thought that he would have gone on to do more bigger movies.

Wasn't that more of a comedy?

Mostly, though there is a scene near the end that pisses me off. I won't spoil it. He will possibly get work if they ever get around to making another Sin City movie.

Hartnett was ridiculously underwhelming and uncharismatic. Absolutely one of my least favorite actors of that period. The man was handsome cardboard. I liked him in almost everything I saw him in, especially 40 Days and 40 Nights and Wicker Park. I could see people thinking he was underwhelming or uncharismatic, but I thought his laid back demeanor was part of his appeal.
