In all honesty, when they're just going to be working 90-120 second matches, or tag in during a match for an irish whip and clothesline, it doesn't really take much. That hasn't been the case for months now. Diva matches lasting less than 3:00 or 3:30 these days are rare.

I'll (try) and be optimistic and say maybe there's another Trish 'type'(As in model who could turn into at least a serviceable performer) buried in there somewhere.

Reby SKy has more heart and soul put into the business than any of those girls the WWE are paying to train. True, but she still sounds catty with those tweets. I don't really see her comments as anything but that. Didn't she say the agency they were using was her agency?? And this is why I wanted to punch Reby in the face after reading it. There's no real need for her to sound like such a bitch.

I've said this before, but a few times a year, it gets reported that WWE will hold or recently held a casting call looking for new Divas, yet I can't think of any Divas right now, main roster or NXT, who were discovered and signed through one of these things. I could be wrong, but none are coming to mind. Yeah, something seems a little off about it. While it is possible they just never find anyone, it seems like they'd be bound to find someone.

Allow me to ask the obvious.
What's wrong with getting trained female wrestlers? The Canadian Ninjas and Athena would be great additions to the roster.

Why is WWE looking for new Divas anyways? They have, like, 18 under contract right now.

Stop giving Reby Sky attention. It's giving her the attention she clearly wants.

Bear in mind that these new girls will be put through the ringer by Sara Del Rey. They'll deserve to be on TV if they get past her.

The only thing I remember about the diva search was the one when The Rock came back and Christy Hemme's ass was hungry so it ate a pie.

......she's trying to be snarky, but one wonders now (a) how they got into contact with this agency, (b) if she's aware that WE ALL KNOW they hire models with little/no wrestling background, and (c) what her esteemed qualifications are as a wrestler (I've heard she's not a good one) other than "letting a once-revered now-overweight/out-of-shape one plow you."

And this is why I wanted to punch Reby in the face after reading it. There's no real need for her to sound like such a bitch. This is why I try to avoid reading about her. I keep saying it but she'd be perfect for WWE if she learned to SHUT HER DAMN MOUTH. She is blocked from WWE due to her own behavior and actions, not Matt Hardy's and not due to working as a skin model in the past. She doesn't believe this of course, because everything must be Matt's fault, it's not that she never shuts her mouth ever. She recently tweeted that her career will never get her to WWE because she's with Matt. Before that she tweeted it was because she was in Playboy, didn't have implants, posed nude, etc take your pick. She's always bashing someone or something for her wrestling career. Her attitude stinks. Why not just be happy for the girls who are getting the opportunity or ignore those nasty wrestling fans? She's probably on the forum right now reading this as I type. ......she's trying to be snarky, but one wonders now (a) how they got into contact with this agency, (b) if she's aware that WE ALL KNOW they hire models with little/no wrestling background, and (c) what her esteemed qualifications are as a wrestler (I've heard she's not a good one) other than "letting a once-revered now-overweight/out-of-shape one plow you." She's not very good. But one can't fault her for taking bookings with her boyfriend since he needs a driver for his events, or maybe he wants the company. (3 DUIs and jail he lost his license for at least a year I Think) The thing is, it's just never her fault. It's always someone else's fault. Either the wrestling fans are haters or WWE is a hater because of Matt Hardy/she posed nude/the sky is blue.

Allow me to answer the obvious: The WWE doesn't sign women they can't picture in a Playboy centerfold. Although that begs why people like Mia Yim or Cheerleader Melissa, who for their talent are still quite attractive, can't seem to get signed either.

Which totally makes sense now that the show is PG, and they can't take the T and A stuff nearly as far anymore. And at a time when anyone with Internet access can go to Google and find millions of pictures and videos of just about anything. Seriously, has no one in WWE thought about that?

cosnidering the fact that women's wrestling is a minor part of the WWE, though still a part of it, they want people who are willing to just play storyline parts, only wrestle occasionally.
It's like on a football team, the seventh round draft picks or the people who stick on the practice squad. You want people who will be useful to the team there, not people who will have a chip on their shoulder because they deserve better

Though that makes me wonder, if they think so little of the divas, why bother going through the trouble of hiring new ones? Why not just work with all the ones they currently have? Also while it's more likely that a wrestler would have problems with the way the division is currently, it's not like models are guaranteed to stick around either. Kelly Kelly, the Bella Twins, Eve, and Maxine, all felt the need to leave. I think after a few years in the company, even former models feel that they deserve more than to be treated like a joke by the WWE.
