A couple of gifs from Superbrawl '97. I'm having a bit of a WCW binge on the Network, so there'll probably be more to come. Until now, I was only aware of the Nash powerbomb where the Giant landed on his head. This one is quite impressive. Also, referees sometimes have the greatest reactions.

I know people have their favourites, but this guy seems a little too excited about the Four Horsemen.

Nash gets a huge pop for it even at the heel. By the time of the second one, Show was heavier and a lot less flexible. So...

You can see the change just from these 2 gifs. I always forget that early on in his career, Show was in much better shape and a lot more agile.

It's also cool that I now notice how Show pushes against and off Nash's legs to help with the move.

Ouch. Whose idea was it to use this for the background of the split screen?

I don't think I've seen the double dropkick spot done like this before, it's always fun seeing new twists on things.

You can also see Show trying to swing his upper body up enough to make it safe like he does in the first one, but he was clearly much heavier the second time and couldn't. He was probably too heavy for Nash and his already bad knees, so he just had to let him go and that's how we end up with this.

My brain is having a hard time accepting the laws of physics here. ......and the fact that one of those men appears to be wearing suspenders...

It also looks as if Nash has a slighty lower grip on Show, which would make it more difficult to get him in the right position for the drop.
