I think Masters has/had a speech impairment and he might have occasional problems with his speech.

TNA is already risking getting themselves into trouble for a similar reason. On Impact last week, Christian Cage wanted to make fun of Jeff Jarrett so he (Christian) dressed up like Jeff. This included wearing an old "Don't Piss Me Off" T-Shirt that Jarrett wore in WWE. That's not a problem in itself.... but if you looked closely, the Jarrett T-Shirt featured the WWF scratch logo on the back. Even WWE isn't allowed to show that on TV anymore......

I don't see how TNA could get in trouble. Its not like the scratch logo is illegal.

Masters screwed up. He's just not entertaining at all. He can't cut a friggin' decent promo and his heel heat seems like "pity" heat. He's Lex Luger 2006 and we all know where that's headed.
(Or we don't knowwwwwwwwwwww! There, I said it.)

I noticed that, too.

Lets give this fool a Masters Express coach and a tight t-shirt, a drug stash James Brown would be proud of, and push him to the hilt. Gotta give the people what they want!!!

Masters did say E. Just was short of breath, if you go back and watch it again you can hear it but it's faint.

It's funny...all the pathetic bashing of Shelton's mic skills even though he gets 10x the reaction of a Chris Masters yet here's the guy that certain internet fans said was "decent on the mic". Yeah..decent enough to not be able to comprehend and put sentences together. What the HELL is a "New Year's Resolution" and what does it have to with the WWE? As soon as he said it, I was lauging my azz off. Die Masters Die!

On the night that Masters made his debut everyone was dogging him and I said "I'm going to predict that by 2007 he'll be one of TNA's top stars"

The guy seriously sucks. It's not just IWC hating.
He can't wrestle and he cuts a worse promo than Snitsky.

I don't know that he's all that bad. Vince stumbles on the name and it's his freakin' company.
And just a reminder - "Die (insert superstar) Die" has gotten people banned before.

I'm not a huge fan of Masters but I think if he had the right manager to cut a promo for him that he could be a decent contender for the IC title. It's time to have a stable again like the Heenan Family and guys w/o the great mic ability could have someone to talk for them.

I would LOVE to get some stables running again. And Masters would be a GREAT IC contender, I think.

Im just confused on how that match ended... I didnt see a count-out.... or a pin.... or a dq....
I think i smell a plot twist...
Masters wins at new years res... revolution... but then Vince comes out and says that since the Masters/Chavo match never technically ended, Masters cant technically be in another match at the same time, therefore, the winner of the WWE Championship....
John Cena!!!
And the smarks rejoice.

CHRIS NOWINSKI *clap clap clap clap clap* CHRIS NOWINSKI *clap clap clap clap clap* Okay but seriously now, a few months back I brought this up and everyone said I was stupid. But I think they had a great moment to bring him in to speak for some heels that they were pushing. His stable could have easily been: Chris Masters, Rob Conway, and the team of Cade and Murdoch. 3 entirely different gimmicks all managed by the same guy just like the Heenan Family was. Then you always have that thought in the back of your head that any time Masters wrestles, any of the other 3 might interfere, and so on.

It sounded like he said "WW echampion" to me.
He just rushed the 'E' part, but he did say it.
The Resolution part he screwed up, tho.
And his hair is headed to Shawnville.

For all the people who said vince cant say the name of his company, you are wrong. He said WWWF, or the World Wide Wrestling Federation, or the name of the company when Vince SR. owned it. Sorry, but that has been bugging me, as people on multiple boards have said things like this.
