After the Shield eventually disbands what will be the gimmicks of the 3 members? How will their characters progress after Post Shield.

They shouldn't really have to much.
I can see Reigns and Ambrose kicking Rollins out who turns face.
Ambrose tries to manipulate Reigns but he's not having it so they split and Reigns is a powerhouse face.
Ambrose becoming the evil sinister crazy heel.

I'd like to see Seth Rollins become an actual human shield. He can dive in front of guys about to get dropkicked. Lie in front of Alberto's car to stop it getting smashed up and just constantly put himself in harms way.

To add I can see Reigns becoming either the next Rock or Batista
Ambrose becoming the next crazy ass heel, like Piper mixed with Punk
And Rollins becoming the next guy all the girls will think is hot..

Yeah, their roles are pretty well defined. I can see Rollins eventually having a change of heart and getting kicked out by the Ambrose and Reigns for being weak. Then he can be a Jeff Hardy underdog high flyer.
Ambrose will have Reigns as his muscle till he starts screwing him out of great opportunities. Possibly eliminating him from Battle Royales and things like that till Reigns turns on him, becoming a face.
I'd have Ambrose develop the persona of the most unstable man in the WWE. He's the ultimate loose cannon. No one wants to team with him and his opponents are thrown off by his anarchist attitude in that even in defeat, he remains crazed. Almost like he enjoys the violence, whether he inflicts it or not.

Ambrose is going to be a mix of Roddy Piper and .. Dean Ambrose, really. Twisted, psychotic heel.
Reigns will probably end up being like Rhino, but in the Batista spot. A main event badass tweener.
Rollins is going to be like Jeff Hardy and John Morrison; a handsome face with sick nasty moves.

Rollins and Ambrose will be the guys whose gimmicks are they don't get pushed and everyone's like, "Why won't the WWE push them??"
Reigns's gimmick will be the guy who gets pushed until people quickly get sick of him.
