Where to start.
The cheesy slow motion that is used when the daughter runs out, close ups of the massive O face that the father makes while screaming out the big no, the awkward you just shot my f***ing daughter stare given by the mother and finally that silly over dramatic music that used throughout most of that scene.

The whole school board meeting scene in Coach Carter. Even after his heartfelt speech about trying to help his players, the parents were all still hoping he would quit. Simply disgusted me.

not that Halle Berry's god's gift to acting or anything, but that line is IMO so terrible that even Lawrence freaking Olivier wouldn't be able to make it work. so IMO the blame still lies with Wheddon, and Singer too for deciding for some unfathomable reason to leave it in.

The Card playing scene in Inglorious Basterds, I fell asleep only to be woken up by gunfire This. I can understand people's opinions about the slow burn and such, but there's a difference between "slow burn" and "putting people to sleep". Cut 10-15 minutes off of that, and it's perfect. Also, the ending to Die Hard with a Vengeance.

A few years ago me and the missus watched this Pedro Almodóvar film called talk to her. It was a decent film but it had this one extremely ridiculous scene where a character is describing a 1920's silent film which is about a man who has been shrunken down and then climbs into his girlfriend's vagina only to get stuck there. And when he is describing it we really do see a tiny man climbing into a women's vagina in black and white.

I may have more fond feelings of Clerks two if that god awful dance sequence wasn't in it.

The scene in "Stand By Me" where they're all singing "Lollipop".

I notice a lot of comic book movies have pointless scenes with citizens just standing around saying random stuff. IE: Batman Begins: "Nice Ride." Spider-Man 2: "Wooo it's a web...GO SPIDEY GO! Spider-Man 1, after Aunt May starts praying Green Goblin interrupts by busting through a wall and says: GG (ultra cheesball laugh): FINISH ITTTT! Aunt May : Deliver us... GG (cheese x 20) : FINISH IT!! AM : ...from EVILLLL!!

The Star Wars parody scene from Toy Story 2 came across as lame to me. Maybe because that scene has been parodied so many times before but it just seemed out of place and came across as a force pop culture reference with no subtlety at all.

I like Clerks 2 for what it is. A sequel to the movie that defined my youth, but Clerks 2 was the beginning of the end for Smith as a filmmaker. it wasn't all bad, but man the signs were pretty clear that he was heading down a pretty bad path.
