Conversely, the worst was Kane's in 2001.
That was one of the worst droppings of the ball I've ever seen. Kane could've main evented and been huge, but no.

Favorite Rumble moment was Austin hanging out by himself in the 97 Rumble after "Deiseling up" and elimating every guy for about 5 minutes. The part where he sits on the top turnbuckle and pretends to check his watch is the precise moment I became a fan of 3:16
Best elimination...laugh if you must, and I know some must...Undertaker in 93 when Giant Gonzales debuted and beat the crap out him. Ignore for a moment that lead to some of the WORST matches on tape, I was just about 10 and had only been watching WWF for a few months, and I'd never seen WCW. A big monster of a man dressed like big foot pops out of the crowd and dominates the deadman. I'd never seen him in WCW, thank goodness, and he was so darn scary. He scares me now for different reasons...

Taka doing a one and a half flip face plant was my favorite elimination by far. Honorable mention goes to Bushwhacker Luke whacking his way in and whacking his way out in like 3 seconds. Its debatable who has the quickest elimination because i remember like 12 guys who got eliminated at least a quickly as Luke.

What about Tazz, who was only in the 2001 Rumble for like 5 seconds before Kane eliminated him? No way, that didn't completely kill his heat or anything...

I liked the mass elimination of Hassan in this year's Rumble. Before he came in, it was basically our first RAW (Edge, Shelton Benjamin, Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit) vs SmackDown! (Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, Booker T and Luther Reigns (remember him?)) confrontation. They were all fighting each other for the pride of their show, then ALAAYAHAHAYHLAH... they just stop while Muhammad and Khosrow do their entrance, then when he gets in the others just mob him. 3 people held him on the ropes for Rey to do the 619 and then the 8 of them just tossed him out. That was great.

Yeah, but in hindsight, there was nothing to be ashamed about considering that he was eliminated by Kane, who dominated the Rumble for, what? Over an hour?

Yeah Kane had a hell of a run that year. Didnt he like single-handedly clear the ring of about 6 guys at one stage? Then the Honkey Tonk man waddled out, sang his song, and then Kane blasted him over the head with his guitar. Awesome.

Drew Carey. I remember that he was in there because he was owed a favor for Trips being on his show. Kane's music hit, he walked out to the ring and just stared at Drew. Drew stared back for a second then eliminated himself. I would have done the same thing. Poor Drew looked so out of place in his sweats lol. I laughed all night after that one.

I just watched my tape of the 2002 Rumble a few days ago, and even now, seeing Maven eliminate 'Taker still makes me remember the total shock my friends and I felt while watching it live.

For me I liked Triple H and Stone Cold eliminating The Hurricane in the 2002 Royal Rumble (hurricane tries the double chokeslam Austin and Triple H look at each other with a strange look then elimate him).
And don't forget Nunzio during the 2004 Royal Rumble
I also like the eliminations where the wrestler comes in does his taunt or whatever and quickly gets eliminated. Or the wrestler comes in and clears house (ala Stone Cold).

Even though he wasn't in the Rumble, the coolest elimination by FAR was TAKA in 2000 when he was lawn darted. Looked like he was killed. -Ian They showed that replay at least 3 times! I remember the third time as he landed Lawler went: "BOINK"

Wasn't it Mo who once dressed up as the Blue Blaser? Jerry Lawler referred to him as the Black & Blue Blaser.
