Well that was lame, but TNA's ending last week was crappier IMO. Maybe cuz i hate Jarrett more than Vince. But, since when do wrestling shows end without wrestling.
Also, did anyone name a new GM? Maybe I missed it

Maybe I missed it They haven't named one yet......and I'll take Jarrett setting up a future angle with another wrestler for a championship over 15 minutes of Vince McMahon's self fellating anyday.

Yup, they named the new GM. It's somebody nobody expected. During the commercial things they do on WWE.com, they announced that Tim White was the new Raw GM.

I still don't get it. The purpose of that angle was to set-up the fact that Vince will "no longer take crap from anyone." I thought Vince was OFF TV? IT MAKES NO FRIGGIN SENSE! He's not and won't be the GM so why do we care if he's taking crap?
This is a terrible ending to cap off a terrible year for RAW!

Both shows had very lame endings, Vince was nicely convincing as a heel but the segment took much longer than TNA's. TNA didn't make a drawn out event of their stupid posturing.

Wow. That show sounds...painful.
I just know I'd be furious if I watched it; if I saw the last segment, I'd have spent 15 minutes waiting for Bret's music to hit, and end up pissed off when nothing happened.
Good for you, Vince.

Endings like this are why I wish TNA had a monday night slot.

Looks like RAW is gonna suck pretty bad tonight. Six matches involving the competitors slated to appear in the Elimination Chamber... where everyone's trying to squash their jobber opponent the fastest. Triple-H and Big Show facing one another... in a contract signing. Edge and Flair facing each other... in a talk show format. And Vince McMahon in a segment where he reviews Bret Hart's DVD... and Bret Hart does not make an appearance. All in all, I'm guessing there will be fifteen minutes of actual, honest-to-god wrestling in the whole two hours. At least the final edition of Monday Night Football is on as an alternative tonight. GO PATS .... So I was wrong about the fifteen minutes of wrestling. It was more like twenty-two minutes. But, all in all, not bad for someone who made their prediction for RAW with a broken freaking neck!

It's really sad when people rip on TNA, especially when we see the garbage WWE comes up with like 8 billion hours of TV they have to produce worthwhile angles.
Oh, and by the way, the new GM: Vince McMahon. Just watch.
