God no, not another one. Barely 23 and such a good person, so enthusiastic, so creative and had so many projects, it just isn't fair. I can't even imagine how his family and friends must feel.
It's surreal, like I keep expecting him to post one day and say it was someone else with the same name, but it's just not going to happen.

Never really interacted with him on the board, but he seemed like a top bloke.
23, too young.

Shame. Didn't know him or anything, but I always tried to post in his film threads as we seemed to have similar tastes. The man knew and enjoyed his film.

Such a sudden loss for all of us. We may not know each other very well, but it's always sad to lose a member of our extended "family" here. God watch over his friends and family during this difficult time.

Just the other day I was reading his thread in Off Topic about being almost homeless. I hope his family and friends can find strength and comfort in this very difficult time.
RIP,The Line

Probably sounds like a small thing but he mentioned being worried about his cat in the apartment thread. Would anyone here know how to get hold of someone to make sure the cat is checked on? It's not a small thing. He obviously would have wanted to make sure his cat was looked after. I hope and trust that the cat is being taken care of. RIP. I had a friend that committed suicide a few years ago and pretty much the only "note" he left behind was asking someone to take care of his cats for him. This is horrible news to hear. I never really talked to him personally but it's never a good thing to lose one of our own.

May he rest in peace. After being here so long, it becomes a real punch in a gut when we find out that one of our members lose their life. I did not have the benefit of getting to know him as some of you have, but this does not in any way detract the fact that we have lost a member of this place, which I have always viewed as kind of like a weird family. Worse of all, he was younger than me. No one deserves to have their life taken away at such a young age... damn. Rest in peace. This summarises my feelings much better then I would have. May you rest in peace sir

This is tragic! I didn't know him too well, but it's always sad to see a FAN member go. Especially at such a young age.

23 is far too young to go. While I never really interacted with him, he seemed like a great guy. RIP Andy.

Rest In Peace Andy. I am saddened by the fact that I never knew you and also by the fact that I never will, you were clearly a class act and a good man.
My thoughts are with the Duke family, so sad.

I was born in the July of 89, and I just saw he was born in September of the same year.
Way too young to go that's for sure. My thoughts are with his family at this horrible time. Sleep well Andy.

Damn. I knew the name Andy Duke was familiar. I can't remember if I actually had much interaction with him over the years, but his is one of the names that stood out in my mind.
It's always a shame to hear when something like this happens, and given the recent breaks he seemed to be getting, it adds a different element to it. Rest in peace, man, and I hope there are some blessings around the corner for those you leave behind.
