My prediction is that the big announcement somehow involves the WWE Network. I could see them adding some ROH content to their library. As much as I think it'd be ridiculous for it to be that, I do have to say it'd be the best way for ROH to get themselves more known in international markets when the Network goes there. Especially after the UK's Wrestling Channel would NEVER SHOW ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES THE START OF THE ROH/CZW WAR! EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK! And then TWC disappeared leaving a younger version of myself very unhappy.

This would be good news if it was 1995.
As glad as I am for ROH to be getting a new revenue stream, PPV is dying. If people aren't ordering TNA PPVs and WWE PPVs will be non-existant in 2-3 years tops, this doesnt seem like that big of a deal for ROH to me.

When you think of wrestling PPV's in the 2010's, ROH is now up there with TNA and WWE. And I'm sure it'll be cheap for ROH considering those PPV outlets are probably trying to find content so people will keep using them.

I hope it works for ROH, but it really seems odd that their big move in 2014 is traditional PPV, considering the current state of traditional PPV. TNA scaled back their PPVs. WWE is moving away from traditional PPV, now using the term 'Special Events' and if I recall and DIRECTV is dropping WWE PPVs and DISH is no longer carrying every PPV. Again, I hope it works for them, but this comes at a time when the decline of traditional PPV is clearly apparent. As much as I want to credit them, I can't help but think: "Great job, ROH! Welcome to 1987!"

TNA scaled back because for years they spent money like a drunken sailor and WWE didn't scaled back on their own. the PPV companies dropped them after they were undercut when the WWE couldn't get anyone to put the Network on television and were relegated to the internet

"The Icon" Matt Hardy is so awesome at making me want to punch him in the face. ROH needs characters a lot of the times, Hardy brings it as well as anyone. Still want to punch him in the face.

Tim Donst? This is the best they could do for him? Good lord. Just because he's in Chikara and the others aren't doesn't mean he's better than them

Just because he's in Chikara and the others aren't doesn't mean he's better than them The fact that Tim Donst is a pretty damn good wrestler probably does mean he was the best in that match. He doesn't need to be on a Future of Honour show. He could realistically slot into the midcard of RoH right now.

He realized things are better outside of the Quackenbush bubble. I really hope Donst does get a regular ROH gig because he's improved tremendously over the last year.
