Crossing fingers for a #40 spot!
Edit: A UK music forum I am a member of have Jim Johnston: ChaChaLaLa as a strong contender to enter the top 40.

Right, 6 new entries supposedly. From my research that's Ding Dong, Nicki Minaj, Nina Nesbitt, Paramore, AlunaGeorge... and one more. Fandango?

You only need a shade over 5000 sales to make the bottom end of the top 40 (couple of bands have released limited edition singles with only 5000 printed, that have sold out, but reached the top 50, but not the top 40.

Official Charts @officialcharts 4m Also, @wwefandango's ChaChaLaLa has missed out on a #Top40 placing by just 239 copies. It's new in at #Number44 today.

Well that's disappointing, but at least I don't have to listen to Radio 1.

THERE IS STILL NEXT WEEK! WE CAN DO THIS! All it needed was 239 copies, and it would have made the top 40. That's around 60 copies to move it up one place.

I've just realized. Music channels like 4Music and VIVA have shows that countdown the charts as well, so there is a chance that ChaChaLaLa might end up being played on TV. Awww damn, the Fandango revolution will not be televised. It's a shame it came so close, I think it may have made the charts in less competitive weeks. Oh well Wednesday was still a lot of fun. Fandango 44 or 239 signs for the London Raw?

For example Ding Dong sold over 20,000 to get to No.10 in the Midweek charts.

Do the charts not reset every week? It seems like you'd need more than 269 to get it in the top 40.
