I pick Yoshi Tatsu
Yoshi could probably put on some solid matches, and I can see him at least as a filler U.S. Title contender or even putting on a competitive match agianst a top guy on Main Event or Superstars.
JTG could stand to be pushed more, but he's someone who would be fine at his current level as long as he got to talk on occasion and be on TV on a regular basis (not unlike Santino, PTP, Tons of Funk, or 3MB). JTG could continue being a jobber but could still be kept afloat by his gimmick.
The way I see it, the comedy guys don't need to be pushed (credibility-wise) because their gimmicks can keep them over. The non-comedy low carders, while being presented as more skilled workers, usually get substantially less TV time, and thus the fans are conditioned to think they are less credible. They need to be booked stronger and get over in the ring to make up for a lack of promo time.

If it weren't for this board I would have thought they were both released years ago. They should team them up as a Rush Hour tag team, problem solved. How has this not happened yet? I'm not even kidding. A million times this.

This Yoshi Tatsu, with a theme change, could have been great. So of course the WWE drops all of it within a few weeks.
