Rather than do a thread that is a discussion about scenes in movies that are unintentionally funny how about a thread that is a discussion about films that are entirely unintentionally funny.
I remember when I saw showgirls for the first time I hated it however a couple of years later I watched it again and by god it was bloody hilarious and so much better to watch after a few drinks.
Now a more recent example would be the last Saw film. I saw it in 3D and me and the mate I went to see it with couldn't stop laughing our arses off. The acting and dialog were hilariously bad and the shithouse 3D special effects made it almost impossible to keep a straight face thought out the entire film.
I know I didn't mention some obvious ones cough cough the room but its only the first post.

I had a good laugh at Paranormal Activity 2. The woman running for her life because a pot fell twice in a row or the baby being nonplussed and making adorable noises while the devil/a witch/whatever makes it hover were particularly hilarious to me.
Cube Zero was just kinda dull with some mildly entertaining moments... until Jax is introduced, then it becomes a rollercoaster of unintentional humour. The best part is that it's obvious the actor playing him is having the time of his life.

Can't Stop The Music. To its credit, its goal is partly to make you laugh, but it succeeds for all of the WRONG reasons.

Jennifer's Body struck me as this, but maybe it was supposed to be b-movie funny. I couldn't tell.

If you visit The Escapist website, there's a newer series of videos called "Movie Defense Force" that did one on "Showgirls" last week. The guy admits that it's a pretty bad movie, but fun if you watch it imagining that Elizabeth Berkley is still playing Kelly from "Saved By The Bell", once again addicted to caffeine pills. "The Room" has already been mentioned... "The Miami Connection" is hilarious. My friends and I laughed all the way through it... highly recommended for fans of good/bad movies.

Gone with Amanda Seyfried. It had a lot of one liners that my friend and I laughed at, as well as certain moments in the film. We had so much fun watching, that I genuinely thought that it was actually supposed to be an actual suspense/comedy for a moment. Then I remembered how the movie was marketed in the previews.
Don't regret seeing it at all though. And I do think there's an overlooked amont of potential with suspense/comedy as a genre.

The Krays never fails to make me laugh because of the unrealistic portrayal of some of the real events.

Jessie, Elizabeth Berkley played Jessie not Kelly.
