Here is your winner... and the NEW TNA X-Division Champion, Kenny King!
Kenny King rises to his feet, snatching the title from referee Brian Hebner and holding high in the air, celebrating his momentuous win! Brooke Hogan runs out from the back and enters the ring, embracing him as he holds the belt high overhead. Ion meanwhile rolls to the outside, licking his wounds as Rosita helps him to the back.
He's done it! Kenny King has done it! He's finally grabbed the brass ring and is now our new champion!
Oh boy... we'll never hear the end of this! But I can't deny it. Kenny King was the better man tonight. He earned that victory, no questions asked.
I'm sad that Ion lost, but oh well, he had a good run. He'll be back in the hunt sooner or later.
That he did. Folks, thank you for tuning into this historic episode of TNA Impact. And come back next week for an even bigger show then before! For Simon Diamond, I'm Mike Tenay. We'll see you again soon.
We fade out on the image of the ecstatic King celebrating with Hogan.
