I hope TNA does the classy move and signs someone that wasn't already in WWE for once.
Like an independent worker who they want to hype up to be someone big instead of just another.... "That's _____! He used to be up North, what's he doing here!?!?"

Would anyone be pissed if they brought in Hijo de Rey Misterio? I was just wondering because the kid seems to be improving leaps and bounds and I think he would have appeal at a National Level however I know there would be a crap load of people ripping on TNA for trying to mooch of the WWE. I dunno I think that would be good for business. Another good move for business would be fighting tooth and nail to bring back Jay Lethal because I think he could be a top face of the company given the right booking.

"Heeeere's Chavo!" *Crickets* Or even Hogan who got a reaction for a minute but did nothing for the company really. Gotta shake it up and try to actually MAKE stars instead of just buying them (which doesn't even work as most people who they brought over from WWE haven't done a thing for the company in terms of ratings). Treat a new guy like a big star and hopefully your audience will too.

Lol how is that a big free agent signing though "WE'VE GOT KEVIN STEEN FOLKS!" *Crickets* To be fair Kevin Steen would get more of a reaction from the types of crowds TNA pull than Chavo does or guys like Lashley or Derrick Bateman or Percy Watson would. Lol how is that a big free agent signing though "WE'VE GOT KEVIN STEEN FOLKS!" *Crickets* Or even Hogan who got a reaction for a minute but did nothing for the company really. Completely disagree with this as an analysis of Hogan, he gets amazing reactions every week from the live crowds and a lot of them do seem to be there to see Hogan. While he might not bring in ratings he certainly does something for the crowds and all the people in Hulkamania T-Shirts.

Well I saw this guy on a few youtube videos. He does remind me of Rey Mysterio younger days. Researching the guy he does have all the similar linage as Mysterio did when he took on his character. Both guy are tried by Rey Misterio Sr. From what I read he Rey Cousin. So why couldn't it work if they built him as the next generation of taking on the Misterio name? On a marketing stand point if you build him up the same way Rey was built in WCW and WWE. You may have that guy to draw in the latino crowd like Mysterio does for the WWE. Plus people love mask so there merchandise behind that too. If done this way I wouldn't be mad at all. Using that name work be fine. It wouldn't work if they truly tried to pass him off as Rey Mysterio.

Isn't it painfully obvious that it's Jeff Jarrett?

Who wouldn't want to see another feud full of disembodied heads, fireballs, magic mirrors, copious quantities of dry ice fog and a completely batshit insane Warrior rambling on a live microphone?

I'll buy as long as it ends in a Yappapi Indian strap match.
