So you think someone who is hugely over with audiences should be relegated to the D-show? Whether you like him or not, that seems pretty dumb. Heard similar things said about Miz in 2010, Ryback, most part-timers etc. If you don't think the show should revolve around any of those guys, I get it, but you'd have to be an delusional or just plain spiteful to put any of them on a show nobody watches. If fans like them, you give them time. They don't need to hog the spotlight necessarily, but not using them helps the product in no way whatsoever.

But wait, I thought the latest rumour on the Daniel Bryan Is Totally Being Buried And/Or Pushed Watch was that Orton's turning heel on him. So if that leads to a Cena/Bryan face/face title match... Then it's setting up Orton being jealous of Bryan getting a title shot instead of him... Leading to... oh god... A NEW CENA/ORTON FEUD

It's like you're watching a completely different person than the rest of us. It's weird how different perspectives work. Even the incorrect ones! Wait. I'm doing this wrong.

Vanilla. Midget. Will. Never. Draw.
So glad to see this mindset is beginning to disappear both amongst "experts" and the creative teams.

I'll believe it when I see it.
And when I see it, Bryan better have the WWE title around his waist.

I find his ring work boring and with no substance. His promos sound forced and uninspired, his character is annoying, and the storyliens he's been put with just have not been that good. Plus a large portion of his fan base irritates me but that seems to have died down a bit thankfully. It's like you're watching a completely different person than the rest of us. With all due respect, sometimes "unanimous opinion" ain't so unanimous. Quite a few people have called HBK underrated; some have even called him bad. Hell, I'm personally in a very small pocket of people who just doesn't get what the hell's so popular about The Rock. Sometimes people have differing opinions. This is one of them.

I don't want to see him and therefore want him off the main show. Do I expect it to happen? Of course not but that doesn't mean I can't hope for it.

Personally, while I have yet to really see a Bryan match that's outright wowed me... Yeah, the guy is really, really damn good. Mic work it's taken him awhile to grow into but he's one of the best in the roster at it now, and in the ring while I haven't seen him have a classic he's consistently very entertaining and I know if given the time and the right opponent he could easily manage it. The only match of his I can think of I've disliked, besides squashes or whatever, is his one with Punk from Money in the Bank, and my issues with it (mostly, just that how one-sided it is makes it boring as hell and the AJ stuff both made it a cluttered mess yet didn't really actually go anywhere) aren't on him. So yeah, I'd love to see the guy get a huge push.
Though I don't really like the diving headbutt as a finisher for him. Never really liked the move all that much in general, though, so not his fault.

I hope they cut his bear off and make less of a whinny little bitch. I loved the Over the End match with Punk he had and the shield/ ryback match last Monday, that kid can go! I also agree with Zaq "That Guy" Buzzkill on how annoying some of his fans are. They want to shoehorn Bryan in every possible storyline.

I fail to understand the logic behind how fans and hype can turn somebody off of something. I get it if something or somebody just isn't your cup of tea or whatever, but no one's putting a gun to your head while saying "YOU WILL LIKE GOATFACE!"

It's about damn time. He's the only talent who's gotten a consistent reaction for like a year now. Even if you don't like the man you have to appreciate the changes Bryans push signifies. I fail to understand the logic behind how fans and hype can turn somebody off of something. I get it if something or somebody just isn't your cup of tea or whatever, but no one's putting a gun to your head while saying "YOU WILL LIKE GOATFACE!" I get it and am guilty of it sometimes. Not necessarily with wrestling but with other mediums, The Avengers movie put me off a lot of heroes I otherwise liked because fan created stuff became in-escapable day-to-day. I love Thor but I can only see so many people spooge themselves over him before it get's really annoying.

I get it if something or somebody just isn't your cup of tea or whatever, but no one's putting a gun to your head while saying "YOU WILL LIKE GOATFACE!" Easy. Some people are threatened that somehow not agreeing with majority view somehow makes their own personal opinion wrong. Instead of just taking pride in their own beliefs, they need to criticize and attack this majority mindset as if that somehow justifies their own view and makes it absolute and true. True faith in your beliefs and views should be enough. If your reasoning make sense and is logical, you needn't worry about anyone else. Offensive attack is the tool of the insecure. You only need to stand up for your own views if someone attacks them head on -- and not just has a view that you find conflicting to your own.

I think it's about finding those fans annoying and not wanting to associate with them.
