DAT BERGERON... I also love how Jaromir Jagr was responsible for that entire play by taking the puck from Malkin and dishing it off to Marchand.

The Pens deserved to lose game 2. They did not deserve to lose this game. Rask saved their lives tonight.
Seriously, whatever the Bruins sacrificed to the hockey gods down 4-1 to Toronto- they're essentially bulletprood.

They are the one fanbase more miserable then the Oilers fans and the few coyotes fans

Whatever the Bruins sacrificed to the hockey gods, it sure was worth it.

Rooting for the Bruins is like rooting for the school bully- big and annoying if you're not on their side.

It's like the Bruins need someone to slap them in the face to realize they have to play.
They took Toronto too granted, then had to scramble back to stave off playoff death.
The Leafs gave them the cold hard slap in the face, and now they don't look like the team that sleepwalked in April and for games 2, 5, 6, and most of game 7.
The Bruins play when they want to play- and clearly, they want to play.

Jagr hooks Malkin in neutral ice before the goal (not that I expected such a call in double OT, but frustrating). Much better performance from the likes of Voukoun. 40 saves and gave up just the two goals. Especially that breakaway save from Horton. Rask was in inspired form for Boston. Boston just look far more organised than us.

Looks a formality for the Bruins tomorrow night. As for the Hawks, I'd rather we win Game 4 tonight, but with no Keith, it'll be difficult. If we get more shots on goal than in Game 3, hopefully we'll be OK.

Boston and Rask are playing like they're possessed. That was one of the best hockey games I've seen in some time that didn't involve my team.

Gregory Campbell broke his leg last night but still managed to finish off his time on the PK unit. Unreal

Greg Campbell's a warrior just like Nik Hjalmarsson on Tuesday. Crippled but still committed to the PK. It's sacrifices like that that remind me why I love hockey so much.

Still not as tough as football players. At least not as tough as linemen.

Still not as tough as football players. At least not as tough as linemen. I think that it can be argued hockey players are as tough, if not tougher. At the very least, we can agree that Baseball and Basketball players are for the most part, bitches
