It was awkward as hell, which was obviously the point. I wanted to cover my face with a pillow when Kaitlyn started to cry. The segment really worked because it made me want to see Kaitlyn annihilate AJ. The only problem I had is instead of Kaitlyn getting really angry and attacking AJ, she cried even more first which didn't show her in the best light in my opinion. She should've attacked AJ earlier.

That's a well-scripted segment.
A) The heel was clearly in the wrong, but doesn't see herself as the mustache twirling villain. In her mind she's doing what's right - plus she's crazy. B) The face was given righteous justification for wanting to beat up the heel. C) It incorporated a year+ worth of history. D) It made the DiVas title seem important (as a symbol of Kaitlyn's only item of worth and AJ's reason for taking it was to be the champ and to ruin her).
This won't save the divas division, but if they keep it up for a year or so and make some smart hires, it could.

I really enjoyed it. And as a massive Kaitlyn fan it made me genuinely want to see her tear AJ's head off.
And give her a big hug.

Honestly, I'm on AJ's side and felt more sympathy for her since I have had so called "friends" abandon me in my life. Anyway, it was a great segment and I am looking forward to their match at the PPV, hell I'm gonna watch just for that and for Punk's return (which BETTER actually happen).
I'm so glad they didn't pull the predictable and go with those stupid, annoying twins. Now, I better stop talking before it bites me in the ass...

It was the other way round if anything.

It was indeed a great segment. AJ was legitimately wrong, because Kaitlyn warned her about Bryan, and showed concern for her throughout her "relationships" with Punk and Cena. Great heel work by AJ as well. And I didn't have a problem with Kaitlyn not attacking right away as she was in shock over Big E luring her in with that dip. Her acting wasn't THAT bad either. Awkward yes, but before when she had more time onscreen she did fine, if they don't pull out the rug from her again she'll improve in no time.
This is why I'm not against the soap-opera stuff like certain other fans are. Really hope they keep doing segments like this for the Divas now. This is how you can repair their division.

It was the other way round if anything. Yeah Kaitlyn was the one who was abandoned. She tried to convince AJ that Bryan was just using her (which he was) and AJ wouldn't listen. How did AJ respond? By repeatedly slapping her "best friend" for just trying to help her out. Even after AJ fully face-turned and was the GM of RAW she still abused Kaitlyn for no apparent reason. So yeah, AJ did the abandoning - not Kaitlyn.

Yeah, if there's one thing that I liked about this is that the good/bad guy roles are pretty clearly defined - not really any of that "but the bad guy is justified" stuff like you see in other storylines. There's just...no way AJ is in the right here, as other posters have outlined already.

It's probably just that Kaitlyn is a terrible actress but when Big E. came out the vibe that I was getting from Kaitlyn was "oh no, it's a black guy!" Obviously that wasn't the intent I just thought that it was comical.
Kaitlyn is now #2 only to Stephanie as the worst actress in the E.

There's an obvious reason for her to be upset before race

Kaitlyn is now #2 only to Stephanie as the worst actress in the E. I don't know if that's entirely true or not, but even if it is, the gap between Kaitlyn and Stephanie McMahon in terms of acting abilities is equal to the gap between Meryl Streep and Kristen Stewart.

If Kaitlyn turned him down I was so prepared on making a thread titled Is Kaitlyn Racist or not Sexually Attracted To Meathheads or Black People? Anyways I found the segment went way too long and kind of boring and awkward. It didn't help that Kaitlyn is a bad actor and Big E didn't cut a good promo which is surprising since he's good at NXT. I appreciate what they are doing by incorporating continuity and making the title seem important but the execution wasn't well done and I keep fast forwarding it like every 30 seconds.

An awful pointless segment that ended an awful pointless story line about an awful pointless Diva.

I really liked this segment. I thought they were going to drop the angle, but at least they wrapped it up. I didn't expect Big E to turn on her until he did the dip, then it became apparent, but before that it all seemed like it was leading to Kaitlyn going heel. Neat swerve.
And hey, a divas feud with some intrigue. I can get behind this.

It ended well enough but the whole time I was wondering aloud, why couldn't Kaitlyn at any time just lose the shoes and spear AJ into next week? At least take a swing, she was right in front of your face! I took it as her selling shock over everything. At least she didn't laugh it off and pedigree AJ or something.
