My god these Dinosaurs are f***shit incarnate. The scrapper ones are complete dicks. One attacked my party, I'm not kidding, 21 times before I ever finally got an attack off. Needless to say, I didn't win that fight.

I honestly am laughing every time I play this Spec Op because Dinosaurs with lasers could potentially be a Sy FY movie of the week deal. I just started the One Day Research and about to level Shanna too level 9 this one is another easy one I three birded the first and second bosses so far. High Evolutionary is a pain in the ass sometimes though

Yeah, High Evolutionary can go get f***ed. At least I haven't had this game-breaking glitch, though.

I'm assuming that people stating they are having no trouble with this boss have various special weapons and/or ISO/costumes?
Because I'm lvl 290 and can barely manage the 5% each time because he hits like a freight train and those f***ing dinosaurs hit Mental Anguish every damn time.

Its like fighting a purple arcade

Got the 1,000 U-ISO in the daily spin, so Ka-Zar should be all mine by the end of the weekend.

Alrighty, agents, here's the strategy I found for defeating High Evolutionary, and it worked REALLY well for me! I hope it works for you guys as well!
I am level 300, and used a level 14 Iron Man (in his Iron Man 3 Tactician costume) and a level 14 Iron Fist (in his Scrapper white suit). I have Iron Man's Capacitive Armor Empowered ISO-8, Iron Fist's Killer Instinct Empowered ISO-8, and Iron Fist's Lifting Spirits Augmented ISO-8. I had no Augmented ISO-8's in Iron Man. My agent had on the Tactician's Empowered Armor, but the Generalist Empowered Armor would probably work just as good...if not better because of the stamina restoration ability. I had the Snappy Service Empowered ISO-8 in my tactician armor.
For my equipment I used the following: The Staff of Asklepios, The Synthetic Cube, The Warbringer Axe, and the Psychic Amplifier. The staff and the amplifier are by far the most important items and they can be won in Season 2 missions (preferably the challenge missions to get the best versions). The guy I got this advice for used the Rectifier in place of the Synthetic cube. If you don't have the cube or the axe, any item that can heal or restore stamina would be great, or any attacking weapon will do as well.
Strategy: Have Iron Man spam the crap out of his heartbreaker/uni beam. Have him use that, and only that on High Evolutionary, while Iron Fist and your agent deal with the minions. Try to use Iron Fist's Healing Chi/Praying Lotus as much as possible to keep Iron Man's (and the group's) health and stamina up. His Praying Lotus will prevent debuffs, so if you have to deal with those mind blast douches, they won't be able to do much. The Staff of Asklepios will heal the whole party, while the Psychic Amplifier will keep stamina up. The Warbringer will give bonuses to attack for the whole group. Iron Fist's combo breaker is a nice "just in case" ability if you have to deal with counter attacks or double attacks. Iron Man's Heartbreaker beam gets more and more powerful each time you use it, and it's essential to not let his stamina drop.
I managed to take out a High Evolutionary with the two mind blast minions from 86% health down to 0 using this set up.
I hope this isn't too confusing and I hope you all can use it and get those lock boxes! Best of luck guys and girls!

I am working on getting Kang The PvP issues are making Incursions within the regular game pretty funny to do, I've gotta say. It means the enemies there are pathetically underpowered, no matter what level they are. And that means instant death for the other team.

This is a fine strategy and the effort is appreciated, but it does the one thing that a lot of strategies do, which is give a strategy that only works if you have X, Y and Z items/equipment and costume. I'm a daily player, but refuse to PvP and wont spend real money, so I dont have most of this stuff. However, I will say in this case, the tactic itself is a good one, as even normal IM and HAIF are a good team for most of these GB battles, as long as HAIF goes before HE.

However, I will say in this case, the tactic itself is a good one, as even normal IM and HAIF are a good team for most of these GB battles, as long as HAIF goes before HE. Well, using this team, the only items that are really needed are the staff and the amplifier...both of which can be won from bosses. Regular Iron Man is free, so everyone has him, and Iron Fist is one of the choice heroes at the beginning...even if you didn't get him then, he's only 15 CP (or at least he was last time I saw, I don't know if they changed that or not.) Both regular suits for both heroes should do fine against HE. Yeah, I admit, if you're like 5th level, you don't have Iron Fist, and just started playing yesterday...or started playing 2 years ago but quit and suddenly picked up again, this strategy won't work, but I mean, I don't know what I could say or do for you in that case, y'know? This is just what really worked for me. Again, I can't stress enough that the staff and amplifier are the most important items you need, and you can win those for free in season 2 from bosses...so no gold nor money need be spent. Again, if you're early in the game and not on Season 2, I'm sorry, and this strategy is indeed useless to you. In any case, I do recommend NOT trying to use "exploit" weapons because HE always erases every debuff that gets put on him, making such things worthless. Just try to heal your party and keep Iron Man's stamina up so he can spam that uni-beam!!

OH! Before I forget, if you're still frustrated...there's another item in the season 1, mission 6 (Hulk's special mission) that you can get from Abomination. I think it's the gamma booster or something...can't remember. Anyway, it gives you a boost up to attack every time you get hit, so that might be a really nice item to use too. The Shepard's staff and the Odin's staff might also help if you don't have the Staff of Asklepios, but I'd be surprised if you had those and not the latter, as I think they were either gold or "gather up stuff and make them" items. I can't remember any good equipment off the top of my head that restore stamina, other than the Psychic Amplifier, but I know there's some out there. Sorry to sound like a broken record but I just can't help but stress how important it is to keep Iron Man healed and at full stamina so he can pound away.

5 covers, 4 dupes. All dupes have been in search of cover 6 (5 new in a row).
That's pretty good luck so far
