Per Meltzer, the money on the betting sites all went to Del Rio right before the event, to the the point where Ziggler was a 17-1 underdog to win at one point. That could mean either that you can predict any WWE match just by looking at the movement of the betting lines, or it tells us that since the writers are obviously profiting off the fact they know the results, we shouldn't be surprised that they'd blab about them on reddit. There are seriously people that bet on a predetermined exhibition? Check out 5Dimes.com the week of the PPV. They always have lines up for all scheduled matches. The lines are pretty reasonable based on storyline and logic. Then check the day of the PPV to see the wild line movements. Beware though, every favorite always wins so if you don't want the outcome spoiled, do not look at the lines. Someone mentioned Henry/Ryback at WrestleMania. For weeks Ryback was the heavy favorite, all of a sudden the line moves crazy in favor of Henry as the event got closer. Sure enough the "upset" happens. Someone with insider info is getting rich...

I'd say it's probably harder to do this now, as opposed to 10 years ago. WWE used to be way more formulaic in terms of results. Hell, back in the days of Austin and Taker, I used to guess every match correctly when I was like 16.

I used to post in the prediction threads, haven't in a while (always end up forgetting about it).
It's pretty easy to get 6 or 7 matches right out of 8 on a PPV. Getting all 8 is tricky. I've done it before, it isn't that hard. It's also not hard at all to be completely knowledgable about how WWE books and predict 6 PPVS in a row without getting any of them perfect. Doing it 3 times in a row is going to require you to be very lucky. There's plenty of quirks in the undercard matches for one of your selections to be wrong. I've never gotten the results to two PPVs in a row perfect before.
Even if you did manage to pull it off, you aren't going to both be that randomly lucky AND go in right from the first PPV boldly saying "THESE ARE THE RESULTS, NOT A PREDICTION". It's like saying you're going to correctly guess a number between 1 and 10 on the first try every time. There's a few quirky match results within these PPVS too that someone reasonable enough to pick the correct winners of the rest of the matches probably won't pick them too (Like Mark Henry beating Ryback at wrestlemania). Not impossible, hell someone in the prediction thread probably did it anyway. Not 3 times in a row though.
It looks legit to me.

Yeah, it happened again on the Del Rio/Ziggler betting/lines yesterday. Major movement for Del Rio (Ziggles went from 1/7 to Even money during the day).
He's definitely getting rich. And so will I next PPV.
Guy was so accurate he didn't even list a result for AJ/Kaitlyn for their match that was scheduled for Extreme Rules but was scrapped during the PPV.

There are seriously people that bet on a predetermined exhibition? Yup. Ryback/Henry showed a similar huge line shift before Mania. Ryback was the favorite early on, but a few days before the event, a ton of money went to Henry, which shifted the odds around completely. I would not take this as a factor AT ALL by the way. It happened with Henry/Sheamus at Extreme Rules. I backed Henry at 11/2 and then was also able to back Sheamus at 3/1 on the day because Henry had gone massive odds on. It's not always right.

Props for predicting Mark Henry beating Ryback at Mania. I gave Henry no chance in that match since Ryback had not had a PPV win since before Hell in a Cell.

There are seriously people that bet on a predetermined exhibition? Yep, I got an email from one of the bookies congratulating me on my yearly profit that mostly came from WWE bets. So I'm really annoyed I forgot about this guy, I had intended to check if he was predicting any upsets. Also there doesn't seem to be as many attractive bets as there were a few months back to the point I didn't bother betting on payback, I'm not sure if this guy is linked to that.

Well he's made his 'predictions' for tonight, don't click if you don't want to know what happens: {Spoiler}{Spoiler Comments on Predictions}All the non-MitB ones are pretty obvious, but this should be the make or break to see if this guy's really got legit info, what with 7/6 people in the two ladder matches, and neither winner listed here being an obvious choice.
If it comes down to this, Damien Sandow winning would be awesome, but Orton... it'd near-inevitably lead to the Orton heel turn, which is good, but it's also lead to a new Cena/Orton feud, which I can't imagine anyone in the world wants to see ever again.

WWE needs to seriously fire who ever is leaking this stuff because they're just giving this guy boatloads of money to bet on stuff he already knows will happen. I mean I don't blame the guy for doing it, if I were a writer I would bet on every PPV all of the time. I just wouldn't tell anyone about it.

I have a feeling this guy, whoever he is, is gonna be in big trouble soon unless he stops. Surely somebody's going to notice a correlation between all this since the guy has predicted three shows in a row perfectly.
Either that or Vince is gonna start changing finishes in the middle of the show just to screw with him. Because that sounds like something the crazy old man would do.
