Honestly, Everyone is mad at the wrong person, He shouldn't have this info yet he does.
So either there is a weak link in communication or they just talk about the ppv finishes out in the open.

There's a Deadspin piece up right now about this guy that pretty much entails the whole story if anyone's interested in reading. The more this redditor's spoilers are discussed outside of wrestling circles, the quicker the WWE will nip this in the bud. Most interesting part of that article to me was that writers will sometimes leak stuff themselves of angles they think are awful so public opinion will kill them before they make it on screen. If true, that's interesting because it implies they actually do kind of care what the Internet says. As for the guy posting spoilers, his little crusade doesn't make any sense. He's the only one giving out spoilers that accurate. If you want to prevent it, don't spoil it?

With this getting a little bit of discussion around the internet I suspect that this guy will just disappear into the ether.

Yeah I think now that WWE are aware of his existence next month he'll get it wrong. Several suspects will be told different results and when Dolphins posts the results they'll fire whoever was told the results he posts. They'll deal with this now I think. I thought of that too, but they'd have to tell each creative member or producer separately and then keep them separated before the show in order to completely stop it. I guess they'd have to confiscate phones, tablets, and laptops too to make sure the individual members can't communicate. I don't think WWE wants to go through that trouble.

As far as the gambling aspect go's its risky. Last night was probably the last time he'll be 100% right. I could see WWE/Vince/HHH changing a finish on the fly, which will end up costing people a lot of money. People are looking at this as a get rich quick scheme, but those never work. The honey pot is likely gone. Had you been betting the last few PPV's, you made some cash, but all it takes is one bet you can't back, & you're in big trouble.

If I'm not mistaken, thats what they did to Dave Lagana when he was leaking info to Wrestling Observer

There is a mole, right at the top of WWE Creative. He's been there for years.

It was updated in the Dead spin story, but for those who didn't see it, here's WWE's statement
Update: Deadspin.com published a statement from WWE reacting to and downplaying the story: "We may have a modern day Nostradamus on our hands. We might have to monitor these posts in advance of our next pay-per-view to see how good he or she really is."

I may be a little late chiming in, but for those who say just don't click the spoiler tags, it's not always that cut and dry. You see, I don't watch Smackdown or NXT or any of the other per recorded shows, so I have no problems clicking the spoiler tags. I didn't realize, while perusing the PPV thread, that the spoiler I was clicking was going to be full results for a show I just paid $50 for. The show hadn't happened yet, I had no idea what I was in for. I did this when Diesel returned at the Rumble a couple years ago, but that was just a rumble return and while I would have liked to have been surprised, it was no big deal. But to have the entire PPV results posted before hand...I lost all interest in the PPV at that point. At first when I saw the spoilers, I thought (hoped) they were fake, too, but when Sandow won, I knew the rest would be legit and just sat there mopey for the remainder of the three hours. Not cool.

^ to be fair, who would expect spoilers to actually spoil all the results of a live PPV? That's seriously unprecedented levels of spoilage.

It will be interesting to see if the guy keeps going for it though, I think that he's going to stop posting personally.

That'd be... well hilarious, to be honest.

Dave Meltzer was talking about this guy earlier on one of his usual radio shows and he basically said the whole Deadspin article was ridiculous. Not only that, but there's no way he was the first guy leaking this info due to the fact that there have been tons of people skewing the odds for various match results long before reddit guy ever hinted at anything.
In all honesty I'd say the story about bets coming in recently for the winners of each match so frequently is far more interesting. And it definitely says that quite a few people in the company are betting on the matches themselves or they're leaking information to their friends who are taking full advantage of it.
Either way I expect that something is gonna happen in regards to that, whether it be said sites dropping the ability to bet on WWE Pay Per Views or something else.

If he was smart, this last time he should have posted perfectly incorrect results to every match.
Then when everyone jumped on board placing bets he could have bet the other side on all these 12 to 1 odds bets or something heh.
