John Morrison, Harry Smith, Jay Lethal, Colt Cabana, MVP,Alex Shelly, and Snitsky would be the top guys I would build around. I wouldn't really have them feud with each other as much. Rather, I'd start out with them against some o f the other Independent workers I hire.
Karma, Beth Phoenix, Eve, would be the stars of my women's division. I'd focus on a more fast paced style of women's wrestling.
I'd also bring over several luchandors and launch a tag division with lucha rules. This is how I would build the tag division. It's a new style to America that could freshen things up.
I'd also have a "stipulation" title. Obviously it would have a cooler name, but the champion would determine a gimmick match every defense. Thus, every show, fans are guaranteed a gimmick match (which cold help ticket sales).

Morrison would be the top name, but I'd slowly build the show around Eddie Kingston who has a lot more personality, offers a unique counterpoint to the other two products, and has never had Major Company level exposure.

First signing without a doubt Chris Masters. The guy has got WWE exposure, is a great wrestler, is good on the mic and his look alone would give a lot of credibility to the promotion.

I'd try and emulate Bischoff as much as possible. I'd look at everything WWE and TNA offer and try and do something completely different. I'd offer serious hardcore matches with blood and guts, cruiserweight matches, and everything else I could come up with that is completely different from the big 2.
The first guy I'd try to sign would be a complete unknown. I don't want anyone that works in my promotion to be looked at as a guy that couldn't make it in one of the big 2 promotions.

I'd look at everything WWE and TNA offer and try and do something completely different For this reason, it would be even more important to sign a big name backstage on the production side of things. I'd go out and look for a young director to make backstage promos and segments more cinematic, maybe even find some kids in film school who worship Robert Altman to film matches in a unique way. Then pick some guys who have the kind of charisma that can carry a dramatic narrative.

JoMo's a great choice but I wonder if his back's better? Evidently, he was pretty banged up when he left WWE and his back might be a problem.

JoMo's a great choice but I wonder if his back's better? Evidently, he was pretty banged up when he left WWE and his back might be a problem. Well he been working Indies now. Just worked a big match with Lyger in April ago for PWS where he wrestled a few times. Over last weekend he worked House of Hardcore. Is still in amazing shape and has been his normall self. So by how he is wrestling (Watching his match with Lyger) His back look fine. He was away from the ring for a while. So he did rest up. From what I have seen he looks great. Hitting all his big moves and show no sign of back problems.

1. John Morrison - Yeah, it's tough to not pick him as your number 1 babyface, considering he has the talent and pretty much everything. 2. Christian York - I've talked about how I really enjoyed him in the release thread, but he's got the look, the ability, the charisma, he has pretty much everything to be a major star. He just needs some spotlight. 3. Colt Cabana - The top indy guy on the planet without the major WWE exposure. 4. Kevin Steen - Not the best look, but incredible talker and performer. 5. Michael Elgin - Basically, raid ROH, they're going downhill, haha. Another tremendous talent.

1. John Morrison-Face of the Company
2. MVP- Great heel, can also be face
3. Kevin Steen- Would be good as the "tweener that doesn't give a shit about anyone"
4. Big Daddy V- Monster heel, maybe feuds with Morrison from the outset.
5. Colt Cabana- Very Charasmatic, can do a lot. I'd book him as the Everyman, just a fun, hardworking guy making a living.

I love that Colt Cabana is the designated "Make-a-wish" guy. "Hmm, this guy seems like someone terminally ill kids would wanna meet! Sign 'im up!"

Jeremy Borash would be the first guy I sign if I were setting up a promotion. He's an amazingly versatile guy in front of the camera and behind the scenes, he does ring announcing, commentary, backstage interviews, social media promotion, he can do video editing, booking, directing events and he's co-promoted several shows in his own right, working to set up WWA and Hardcore Homecoming.

Scotty 2 Hotty. Also Rikishi and Grandmaster Sexay. That's be the whole company. They'd dance for 4 hours straight every show.

Colt Cobana as my top face and champion.
John Morrison and Melina, they would be my top heels. Now how would I keep them under control..
I wouldn't bother with women's wrestling as it doesn't really draw and I would be on a budget. However if I can draw a crowd and make a little money, then I would look to get a few women in for variety
However I would try to get 2 or 3 Cruserweights and run a 50 Heavy/50 Cruserweight show.

5. Colt Cabana: I agree he's a great talent is could be that PR guy for the company as for as Make a fish kind of stuff. Colt has said in the past he hates seafood, so he probably wouldn't want to work with the Make a Fish Foundation.
