Reading through some posts from game six of this years finals, and it's some funny stuff in retrospect.
It's like a scene from a sports movie, where the main character is written off by everyone and has to come back and play the game of his life to prove that he's the best. Good stuff.

Unfortunately, we exist in that parallel universe wherein Drago beats Rocky in "Rocky IV", the Russians beat the Americans in "Miracle", South Bend beats Hickory High in "Hoosiers" and the Hawks beat the Mighty Ducks in "The Mighty Ducks."

I think LeBron's somewhat of a unique character. He's at the top, beloved by so many, but at the same time he faces doubt from just about all. He has lived in a fishbowl all his life, been the center of attention, and has been analyzed to death by the media. He's seen great victories, but he's also been humiliated and laughed at. At this point in his career, he chases greatness. He not only goes to battle with KD, Kobe, Duncan, and Rose, but also Magic, Michael, and Bird. We have seen him grow from the young kid who was hyped as the next big thing to the best player in the NBA. Every time he does something special, you get the feeling that you'll remember it in ten years. LeBron's ascent to top 10 all time status (at least) is my favorite story in the league right now. He's more than a plucky underdog or a big, bad villain, he's Lebron James.
