That '70s Show: When Eric left. Should have just ended the show their and it would have made for a memorable ending. Could not agree more. I hated Randy Pearson. I don't think I've ever heard of someone liking Randy.

TNG grew the beard in seasons 2 and 3 and jumped the shark in season 7.

Becker - Reggie leaves, then when bob leaves, definitely killed it. Family Guy - conway twitty The thing I don't get about the Conway Twitty segments is I don't understand how it's funny. I know Seth MacFarlane puts them in just because the fans hate it, which is cool and all, but where's the joke? Family Guy runs on the Overly Long Gag, and because he looks at a top criticism of the show being "lack of creativity", does that to annoy the critics. The setup was supposed to be like Hee-Haw skits where you had the cornball antics, followed by the musical act. The only issue I have is the fact that they did an Alexander Graham Bell bit about him using the phone for sexual harassment that was followed by another Conway Twitty bit.

I didn't like Randy either, but I've always been of the opinion that That '70s Show was declining in quality before he showed up. Right around Seasons 5 & 6 when the whole Eric-Donna marriage thing begins to really pick up is right around the time I start losing interest in it.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Season 6 onward. The finale of the fifth season was the perfect end to that show. She died, left a legacy, and the other cast members had redeemed themselves in one fashion or another. Perfect way to end the show. Then the two shitty UPN seasons happened. It's funny, almost everyone hated Riley (I liked Riley), but when he popped back up in season 6, everyone realized he wasn't so bad. At least he brought fun with him. But the Buffy shark jump moment, as much as I didn't like Dawn's appearance was "Smashed". I'm going to hide it for those that haven't seen it, or don't want to break anything. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Spike finds out he can punch Buffy without the chip activating, so it causes him no pain. He tries to eat someone, and the chip activates. He goes back to Buffy and punches her, telling her she came back wrong, they proceed to fight, and then have sex that destroys a house. Yes, the heroine of the show has sex with a guy that had just punched her.
And the really bad thing, is that this isn't the worst thing that would happen in the Buffy Spike relationship that season.

There was still lots of things I enjoyed in Seasons 5 and 6. Season 7 wasn't great though.

*CSI Miami: Pretty much by the beginning of season 6 Horatio Caine had been turned into generic super cop number 4858 who seemed like he couldn't go though an episode without shooting someone and at this point the show pretty gave on up on any semblance of reality
*Supernatural: Season 7 when the Leviathans arrived it was clear the writers are pulling things out of their asses in order to extend the series to magic season number 10.
