For today, I have Genesis. But there's a bit of a problem. It was suppose to be a Peter Gabriel-era song, but instead I have a Phil Collins-era song. I don't know how this happened. There must have been some sort of a mix-up at YouTube, or some kind of misunderstanding!!!! Huh!? Huh!? Anyway, here is "Misunderstanding." Enjoy.

It's Friday. So, let's have some fun! Though, the first song I thought of when I think of fun is Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." I don't know what that says about me, but I do have some ideas what my friends will say. Anyway, here's the song. Enjoy.

For today, we have the New Radicals. Well, they're not that new since they came onto the scene in 1998. And, they pretty much left the scene soon after. But, they left us with this song, "You Get What You Give." And, it talks about beating up Hanson and Marilyn Manson. So... um... Yeah, I'm sorry. I didn't really have anything for the intro. And, I didn't just want to say that again. But, I have. So, let's just get on with the song. Here it is. Enjoy.

For today, we have the Thompson Twins. There's three of them, and none of them look alike. In fact, one guy is black; and there's a female in the group. Must be one of those oxymoronic names. Anyway, here's "Hold Me Now." Enjoy.

Time for another theme week. And, I couldn't think of a clever way of explaining the theme. I guess I'm just not smart enough. And, speaking of not being smart enough, the theme for the week is stupidity. It's Stupid Week, stupid. And, we begin with Weird Al Yankovic and "Dare To Be Stupid." Enjoy.

Stupid Week continues. Today, we have a song about Barbie, the famous toy who's become a symbol for all vapid, dumb blondes. Though, Barbie's had a whole bunch of careers, ranging from doctor to astronaut. So, she can't be that dumb. But, that perception has lasted nonetheless. And, it shows up in this famous 1990s song from Aqua. Yes, it's "Barbie Girl." Enjoy.

Stupid Week continues. For today, we have Lupe Fiasco. Why? Because he wrote a song with stupidity as the theme, stupid. Well, I don't know if stupidity is really a theme. I'm not too familiar with the song, but "dumb" is in the title. So, I took a shot in the dark. I guess that doesn't make you stupid at all. Sorry. Anyway, here is "Dumb It Down." Enjoy.
