Since the year is almost over, let's do one last edition of Song I Heard On The Radio And Decided To Post As My Video Of The Day for the year. And, this edition's video is one that you've regularly heard on the radio. It's pretty inescapable. Here is Adele with "Someone Like You." Enjoy.

Since I did one last Song I Heard On The Radio And Decided To Post As My Video Of The Day for the year, I'm gonna do one last Video I'm Posting For The Day Because YouTube Recommended It To Me for the year. The video that YouTube has recommended to me for today is Jermaine Stewart's "We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off." I'm not sure what YouTube is telling me. Anyway, here is the video. Enjoy.

It's Christmas, and I feel that people have forgotten the true meaning of the season: to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You heathens have commercialized such a sacred holiday. Well, I'm taking it back! It's Religious Week, and we will be celebrating Jesus and God and all that heavenly jazz. We begin with a wonderful song from the biblically named Genesis. And, of course, they wrote a song about Jesus. In fact, it's about their personal relationship with Christ. How many of you can even say that you have a personal relationship with Jesus? Anyway, here is "Jesus He Knows Me."

Religious Week continues. You know, most rock stars don't give a damn about Jesus. And, I think that's shameful! I mean, Jesus was a cool dude! He had long hair and wore sandals! What's so bad about that? Well, there are some rock bands that think that isn't so bad afterall. And, here's one of them. Here are the Doobie Brothers with "Jesus Is Just Alright." I think it should have been called "Jesus Is More Than Alright; He's Super Awesome." But, that's just me. Anyway, enjoy the video.

Sorry this is late. I was busy praying. Anyway, Religious Week continues. Today, Joan Osborne asks, "What If God Was One Of Us?" It's a nice song that theorizes about whether God is hiding on Earth as some regular Joe. It's a nice sentiment, but that question is moot. Because, God is in all of us! Anyway, here's the video. Enjoy.

Merry Christmas! I hope you all are enjoying celebrating the birth of our lord and savior Jesus Christ by going to church. Me, I already have. Us Catholics have Midnight Mass. That way we can go to church on Christmas AND sleep in until we feel like opening presents. It's a win-win. But, Jesus is still in my heart. So, let's continue Religious Week. Today's song is about the power of prayer. And, it's from a pious, chaste woman. How do I know this? Why, she named herself after Our Lord's mother, the blessed Mary. And, she has sung about her virginity in the past. So, here is Madonna with "Like A Prayer." Enjoy.

Religious Week continues. Today, we have an obscure band that scored a surprise hit. But, it's not hard to see why. The song in question was a nice little number about a man writing a letter to God. Well, isn't that nice? I think we should all write more letters to God. But, that's just me. Anyway, here is XTC with "Dear God." Enjoy.

Sorry for the lateness. That was one bitch of an exorcism. Anyway, Religious Week continues. Today, we have the Father of Christian Rock: God! Actually, the man credited with making the genre so popular was one Larry Norman. And, here is one of his classics, "Why Don't You Look Into Jesus?" So, here it is. Enjoy.

Alas, it is Saturday, the day of rest, the last day of the week. Meaning, it is time for Religious Week come to an end. But, Religious Week never has to end as long as you have Jesus in your heart. And, you'll need Jesus when the end of times comes. Speaking of which, there is Johnny Cash to sing about the glorious Rapture and Armageddon. Here is "The Man Comes Around." Enjoy.

For today, Janet Jackson wants us all to be a part of the Rhythm Nation. Sounds like a cult. But, one of those fun ones, like... um... that one on that Simpsons episode. Yeah, I got nothing. Well, except for the video. Here is "Rhythm Nation." Enjoy.
