Maybe I'm too much of a nit-picker, but I'm almost positive Daria wasn't the class valedictorian, Jodie was. Daria was given some kind of award and allowed to speak at graduation over Ms. Li's objections thanks to the insistence of Mr. DeMartino and Mr. O'Neill.

Also, the lack of Stacy in this deeply disturbs me.

According to Wikipedia:

She graduates from Lawndale High, winning the Dian Fossey Award "for dazzling academic achievements in face of near total misanthropy", and crowning her acceptance speech with the assertion that "there is no aspect, no facet, no moment of life that can't be improved with pizza".

Also, count me in as being bummed that this isn't a real thing

The actress didn't quite nail Jane, but yeah, pretty cool trailer.

The guy playing Jake is damn good though.

Like others, I thought this meant another animated film.

Glad this isn't a real live action film though, didn't enjoy...like, any of the choices for the actors/actresses in the various roles portrayed.

She tries too hard to hit the Daria voice from the cartoons for my liking. Makes it feel like she's talking too slow intentionally instead of playing the character.

Great production value for a website man. I don't subscribe to CH, but have seen some shorts. That was pretty top shelf for a parody. Of course the fuex landing a helping hand at the end was the cherry on top. I liked it. Will be sharing

Yeah me too Then I saw Aubrey Plaza and the live action still from the video and got bummed. Then I saw then it wasn't happening at all and got even further bummed.

I like Daria, I love Aubrey Plaza, but for some reason, I really didn't like this trailer. Maybe it's because Aubrey was just trying too hard like amaron said, but it just wasn't very good.

Great Jake, though.

I like Daria and I have no idea who Aubrey Plaza is (her name sounds like an upscale shopping center) but I wish this was real.

It looks good, except for the actress playing Quinn; she's not cute enough, and her voice is more annoying than the cartoon version.
