Seems strange that they put him on TV for one tag match, he wasn't that bad. Fired or not, he'll always be around. and around and around and around and around and around Dylan portraying a faces of Foley style Highwayman, Sailor and Astronaut gimmick would have led to a new boom period (he could have taken over the guy who says "Damn" role from Ron Simmons too).

was also surprised by the move as Dylan was well liked by many of the other wrestlers and they have talent that have yet that have debuted or are rarely used like Malik Omari

I'm wayyyyy disappointed about this. As a Kris Kristofferson fan, I was hoping for big things from the kid.

I didnt see a thread for this so heres one - As previously reported, WWE has released Jody Kristofferson, the son of actor Kris Kristofferson who was working as Garrett Dylan in NXT. Dylan was said to be well-liked and had a good personality plus passion for the business, but his inability to match up well enough in the ring and portraying a gimmick hurt him along with not having the right body look for the company. People believed that if he could portray himself instead of a character he would do well. [Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter] Oh christ, this is one of those "We'll fire you instead of training you to fix your flaws, and if you keep wrestling even after we've crushed your dreams, maybe we'll hire you back" things, isn't it?
