Doubt is why the streak went as high as 21-0.

That is the worst torture rack ever and even the ref was nonchalant about it

That is the worst torture rack ever and even the ref was nonchalant about it I think that was because Danny Davis was the ref and this was during the time when they were building him as a heel ref who was leinent towards the heels, but would chastise the faces and this led to the Harts winning the tag belts later on. As for the rack, I liked Luger's better, had more intensity with it.

Doubt is why the streak went as high as 21-0. I just laughed so hard, I snorted.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZUloqXdzIIReally, the fact that Cena faced Shelton Benjamin in a dark match isn't surprising. What I didn't know that happened is that some form of rodent died on top of Prototype's head and was half decomposing when this match took place. Someone shouts just before 3:20 'can we have a real match please?' Guess it really was hard to believe that 'The Prototype' would be the most famous wrestler in the world just a few years later. I too blame the haircut.

That is the worst torture rack ever and even the ref was nonchalant about it Why is that a bad rack? For starters, the pressure was actually on the guy's back, unlike Luger's rack where the guy is usually laying on his side because Luger couldn't get it positioned right. Herc did it correctly every single time. While he wasn't pulling down on it very hard that time, dropping to his knees at the end added a pretty devastating touch to it. I will give Luger the nod on being more intense when executing the move.

Dropping down with the torture rack (or canadian backbreaker cause a lot of guys liked to use that back then) was rather uncommon back in that time period wasn't it?

Finlay versus a young pre-UWF shoot legend, Masakatsu Funaki
And it's a pretty good match!

He probably had a window of a few days where he still wrestled before he met with the doctors. Also, they were starting to build towards Extreme Rules on the RAW after WM 27 where Edge would've faced Del Rio in the ladder match for the WHC instead of Christian (the one where Brodus Clay suffered a nasty headwound).
