Not really a that happened moment but more of me being a dumb kid moment.
In the build for 92 Survivor Series, they referenced Warrior having the carpet pulled from underneath him when it came to his abscence. I thought they filmed an angle with Razor and Flair pulling a carpet from underneath him and him getting a knee injury.

Sabu had a tryout match with WWF in 1993, against the future Scotty 2 Hotty Scotty was New England area enhancement talent at the time (his 1st match looking like a squash against the Berserker in 1991), wrestling in NY and even Canada on occasion. He & Sabu wrestled 2 days later on a Superstars taping in Vermont. Here's another interesting factoid from those October 18th 1993 tapings. (thx HistoryofWWE.com!) This was the night/show they did the Savage/Crush summit, where Crush formally aligned with Mr. Fuji and turned heel........so does this mean they were thinking (at one point) of reverting Crush back to his Demolition character?

At least two Randy Savage vs Giant Gonzales matches were on Daily Motion at some point but having searched them, they have both now gone.

Watching Survivor Series 1998 and Michael Cole is outside the arena interviewing fans on who will win the tournament and there’s a fan speaking with an nWo Wolfpac t shirt on with the faces of Lex Luger, Sting, Kevin Nash etc. They were quite strict on this back then right in the thick of the Monday Night War so I’m surprised this was shown. This is the live VHS showing so not sure if they ever cut it out later
Edit:
Just checked the Network and they have indeed cut it out. I bet they noticed and cut it from the replays and they put the edited version on The Network

www.wrestlingdata.com/index.php?befehl=shows&show=84897Jonny Fairplay (everybody's favorite Survivor contestant) was once in a 6-Man tag in 2010 with Jessie Godderz (everybody's favorite Big Brother contestant) & Jon Cutler (who mostly wrestled in the Canada indie scene). Their opponents: (E)Ugene, Luke of the Bushwhackers & RUPERT from the same Survivor season! I guess this is the only wrestling match RUPERT ever has taken part in, I'm guessing he got just enough training to look good in his minimal role in this one match (not unlike Snooki at WM27). Thus, understandably, he only actually sees significant action at 3 minutes into part 2 of the videos I posted:

When during the show did this happen?

If you have the live showing then I think its either after the end of the first round (Rock/Bossman) or after the quarters (Rock/Shamrock) Its plain as day as well, next time I have a chance ill take a photo.

That tattoo happened. Holly somehow wanted to copy The Rock's ink.

Skinny Jim Duggan (called "Doogan" by Vince and Bruno) was a jobber on WWF All Star Wrestling in 1980. Bruno said, "He needs to be more aggressive."

www.youtube.com/watch?v=80KA0JZd_2IBig Boss Man was sent to down to OVW right as WWF turned into WWE in 2002 (wrestling only one match under the WWE banner against Tommmy Dreamer). In OVW, he teamed with a masked John Cena (and Charlie Haas). Definitely an interesting blend of eras. Boss Man's final match, less than a month before he died, against Jim Duggan in Japan. Someone just recently uploaded this one. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0Al3MyXflY

I didn't want to start a new thread.
Does anyone know when WWF referees switched to the striped shirts. It looks like it happened sometime between Royal Rumble 1995 and Wrestlemania XI

The Big Bossman's debut in 1988, against Louie Spicolli. www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhutkTqZ2jgWhy I posted this: you just watched a match where the Bossman beats up a 17 year old. That's how old he was when he first worked for the WWF. wut
