He's a clever guy with a deep love for the business. He just happens to be insane.

I'd rather not subject myself to any more Jim Cornette than I have to.

"My first question is this: over the years it has been said "Jim Herd this" and "Jim Herd that" but what did Jim hear exactly?"

Jim doing Breaking Kayfabe is great and all but other than the heat with Sean that is all stuff we have likely heard before.

I struggle to have respect for Bruno because I think he struggles to have respect for anyone who isn't Bruno. The way over the years he's consistently buried the business and the guys in it, seemingly for no other reason other than his non-involvement, has soured me. He's like the bitter old man who as soon as he retires from a profession draws solace from telling everyone how rubbish it is now he's no longer involved. It would be nice for someone who achieved so much to at least over the years to have been magnanimous to those who followed in his footsteps rather than trashing everything on the basis of "because I'm not there it sucks" which seems to be all it boils down to.

Most of the KC Commentaries stuff isn't that great. Sean suffers from the same problem that 95% of wrestling shoot interviewers do and that's the fact he can't really interview people properly. He won't press into things and everybody else suffers from the same problem. His little games aren't funny or witty either.
You're going to get good interviews out of the more interesting workers (Nash, New Jack, Cornette) but some of his other stuff is abysmal. I fell asleep during his Hardcore Holly shoot.

He's better than Rob Feinstein as Sean Oliver doesn't do the tiring "Memories of, what's your opinion on, what was it like, etc..." shtick as he at least asks questions that don't sound like or are read from a script. Then again, the only Kayfabe Commentary dvd's I have are the ones featuring Kevin Nash, Jim Cornette, and Sean Waltman, so I can't say I've seen him with a guy that doesn't have a personality that works on these interview formats.

Its been confirmed, from Kayfabe Commentaries Facebook page, they got Bret Hart for WWF Timeline 1992, which will be released sometime in the Fall of this year.
I'm really psyched for this edition, even though I found Bret to be rather boring from some of his RF shoot interviews.

The Vader timeline is available tomorrow and they don't even have a trailer for it yet. I'm so curious to see how this one turns out.

If they do a WWF '96 one, I hope they get Savio Vega in for it.
