I see the board is becoming mixed on these guys, despite a promising beginning, so I thought this would be a timely topic. What's your midcard report for them?
I wasn't sold on the gimmick from the debut vignettes. It had nothing to due with the performers since I was a fan of Husky Harris and I didn't know anything about the other guys but I knew this creepy family/cult gimmick would be too hard to get over and more importantly stay over.
Bray is a competent talker but their story so far isn't creepy or interesting at all. I've already lost interest. I don't care about who Sister Abigail is. It's one of the worst names for a finisher I've ever heard. He doesn't look creepy or intimidating. He looks like he should be sipping a pina colada in the Keys. Rowan and Harper are a bit more effective. They're big dudes and Rowan has that You're Next lamb mask. The difference is, the You're Next characters get to kill people. What frightening actions can they take in this current environment to enhance their looks? They're the new monsters on the block but all the monster gimmicks had some sort of monsterous actions that helped define them- Taker burned his family and put people in body bags, Abdullah stabbed people with forks, Vader was stiff as hell, Kane electrocuted Shane's nuts, Snitski punted the baby...they all did something sadistic. Right now, Rowan is just a big guy in a lamb mask. Kinda silly without context. He's more like a cosplaying Bronie to me than a backwoods cultist.
I can't review their ring work because I haven't seen enough but I've read it's typical hoss stuff. I wouldn't have repackaged Husky but for now, I'd be using these guys as enhancement talent.

Cool entrance and theme, pretty boring everything else.

Bray's great, the other two (especially Rowan) kind of suck.

Haven't seen a ton out of the other two, and Bray would be a great manager, but as soon as he's in the ring, the aura of his character is gone.

The Wyatts suffered from the fact that all of their character development took place on a show the general public doesn't watch. So instead of getting to see the formation of the Wyatt family, you just get to see them together and it's probably confusing.
Other characters like Emma I fear will suffer the same fate.

Was a huge fan of Husky Harris. They've completely lost me on him for now; his matches have sucked, and I don't think the gimmick works at all actually seeing it week to week. About the only thing I like about them at this point is their theme and even then I don't think it fits their entrance.

It doesn't really surprise me that smarkdom's turned on them, what with their emphasis on developing a stylized, "unrealistic" gimmick over in-ring action.
Personally, I think they're one of the most interesting acts on the current roster, considering how many other guys are out injured.

It just seems like it's really stalled out since the Kane thing. For one thing, they're not really gaining any members into their family or brainwashing anyone. So far it's just more of the same old stuff we see from any old debuting hoss heel, squashing midcard faces. They don't cause chaos, they don't raise havoc or preach backstage, they just have a match and go to the back for the rest of the night. The gimmick's unique, but I think they don't want The Wyatts overshadowing the main angle so they're not being used to their fullest potential.

I used to love it but the gimmick has failed and isn't getting over. They've already became B Show standards with Smackdown.

Luke Harper should do the solo matches. Guy's great in the ring.

After their first promo, you expected them to debut by slitting JBL's throat and pouring the blood all over one of Hunter and Stephanie's daughters. Instead, they're favoring midcarders with a tender kiss.
Good idea/gimmick but absolutely no direction to it whatsoever.

It'd be cool if they got more than five minutes every week. There's not much you can do with that (and that's the situation with about 80% of the roster right now).

How about regular fans not caring either. It's a ridiculous gimmick that's being played straight. Really, really bad idea. Then you've got the problem of them debuting when there's already a three-man heel stable running over the roster. Booking chose a bad time to bring them up, and they've done a bad job of applying this gimmick which, as far as fan response has gone, is pointing towards a dud.

Simply put, I think the gimmick sucks and I do not enjoy their matches. I thought Bray was terrible as Husky Harris and the gimmick change hasn't swayed me. He can blow out a thousand lanterns and I'll still think he's a shit wrestler.
I haven't seen much of the other two, but what I have seen is more than enough.
Also, 'Bray'? Coming from someone who's from the south, please stop with that fake accent. It sounds terrible.

Harper and Harris are pretty good in the ring.
The gimmick is a problem, because it needs one of two things to work, the way it's been set up: A. A long-term, elaborate plan where they keep making people vanish and are up something huge and secret and scary, or B: Evil satanic brutal demolishing of everyone in the company.
B would require them to actually make good on the horror movie images with violence, and they clearly can't do that, nor can they put them over the top stars. They don't have the attention span for A, though it's probably what was intended. The plan originally was probably "Here's the part where you kill time until Kane comes back brainwashed." Now it's "Here's the part where you kill time while nothing happens, and we will never mention this thing with Kane ever again."

It kind of seems like they had so much hype around their debut, but they haven't done much since. They should feud with a more main event level talent, Not sure who though.
If Orton wasn't involved in the main event picture, I think he would've been a great choice. Would've loved to see some kind of backstory acknowledging Bray as Husky Harris who began to go crazy and developing a cult after getting punted by Orton.
