Ryback should really win his feud over Punk

Ryback needs the victory a lot more, considering he's the big monster and he's still yet to beat anyone remotely credible, face or heel.

Punk's heat is indestructible at this point anyway, like Jericho.

The reason their last feud was ass is because WWE was fickle on doing anything until The Rock returned. This time, WWE has no reason to worry about anything. Plus, there's history here, so I think this will be interesting.

It all depends on what they want out of the program. It seems like it's all about throwing obstacles in Punk's way for him to overcome to get to Heyman and eventually have a rematch with Lesnar, so if he just loses to Ryback that negates everything.

I think it be more understandable if Ryback was just floating directionless in the mid card for half a year and they just wanted to give him a storyline to get him back going. But Ryback was only like 3 months away from being in the wwe title feud, so it's not like he needed the rub of being a Heyman guy to get a big push.

For as much as we crap on Axel, he at least needed the rub and Heyman has helped him get integrated into the main roster. I think Ryback as a bully mid card was a perfect spot for him. It's a spot where he wasn't needed to put on 20 minute classic nor cut live promos. Just be a dick in backstage segments and play up to Ryback's strengths rather then expose his weaknesses.

I agree with you they should have had someone else be Heyman's guy. Biggie seemed like a good choice, Plenty of NXT guys make sense too who really did need the rub to get over with the crowd.

This personally felt flat to me.
