The point of Zeb Colter is just to get some easy heat on his wrestlers. It works well enough. Same as Vickie's "Excuse Me"

Since Swagger's current character is a member of the Tea Party, Zeb reflects those views and opinions in his diatribes. As Swags and Cesaro's manager, he helps get them heat by talking them up to the crowd and interacting with the audience so they react to what is happening in the ring. He adds color to their act. I don't think he's going to like that.
